The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has remarked that Atal Tinkering Labs play an important role in inculcating innovative spirit among our youth.

Replying to a tweet by Union Minister of State for Entrepreneurship, Skill Development, Electronics and Technology, Shri Rajeev Chandrasekhar about setting up of Atal Tinkering Labs in his first school St. Paul’s in Kuriachira, the Prime Minister tweeted:

“തീർച്ചയായും ഇത് നിങ്ങൾക്ക് ഒരു പ്രത്യേക നിമിഷമായിരിക്കണം!

നമ്മുടെ യുവാക്കൾക്കിടയിൽ നവീനാശയ മനോഭാവം വളർത്തുന്നതിൽ അടൽ ടിങ്കറിംഗ് ലാബുകൾ ഒരു പ്രധാന പങ്ക് വഹിക്കുന്നു.”

PM Modi pays homage to Mahatma Gandhi

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi paid homage today to Mahatma Gandhi at his statue in the historic Promenade Gardens in Georgetown, Guyana. He recalled Bapu’s eternal values of peace and non-violence which continue to guide humanity. The statue was installed in commemoration of Gandhiji’s 100th birth anniversary in 1969.

Prime Minister also paid floral tribute at the Arya Samaj monument located close by. This monument was unveiled in 2011 in commemoration of 100 years of the Arya Samaj movement in Guyana.
