କିପରି ଅଛି ମୋର ଖାଖରିଆ ଟପ୍ପା, ପ୍ରଥମେ ତ’ ମୁଁ ଗୁଜରାଟର ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମହାଶୟ ଏବଂ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ କୃତଜ୍ଞତା ଜଣାଉଛି ଯେ, ମୋତେ ଆପଣମାନଙ୍କ ଗହଣକୁ ଆସି ଦର୍ଶନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଏଠାରେ ସୁଯୋଗ ମିଳିଛି । ସ୍କୁଲ ସମୟର କେତେ ହିଁ ସାଙ୍ଗମାନଙ୍କର ଚେହେରା ମୋତେ ଦିଶୁଥିଲା, ମୋ ପାଇଁ ଏହା ସୌଭାଗ୍ୟର ମୁହୂର୍ତ ଥିଲା । ଆପଣ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ଆସି ଆପଣ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କ ଦର୍ଶନ କରିବା, ଘର ଅଗଣାକୁ ଆସିଥିବାରୁ ମୋର ସବୁକିଛି ପୁରୁଣା କଥା ସ୍ମରଣ ଆସୁଛି ଏବଂ ପୁରୁଣା ଅନୁଭୂତି ସତେଜ ହୋଇ ଉଠୁଛି, ଯେଉଁ ମାଟି ଏବଂ ଯେଉଁ ଲୋକମାନେ ମୋତେ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିଛନ୍ତି, ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଋଣ ସ୍ୱୀକାର କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଯେତେବେଳେ ମଧ୍ୟ ମୋତେ ସୁଯୋଗ ମିଳିଥାଏ, ମନକୁ ସନ୍ତୋଷ ମିଳିଥାଏ । ଏଥିପାଇଁ ଏକ ପ୍ରକାରରେ ଆଜି ଏହା ମୋର ସାକ୍ଷାତ ଋଣ ସ୍ୱୀକାର କରିବା ପାଇଁ ମୋ ପାଇଁ ହେଉଛି ଏକ ସୁଯୋଗ । ଆଜି ୩୦ ଅକ୍ଟୋବର ଏବଂ ଆସନ୍ତା କାଲି ୩୧ ଅକ୍ଟୋବର, ଏହି ଦୁଇଟି ଦିନ ଆମ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ହେଉଛି ବହୁତ ପ୍ରେରଣାର ଦିନ, ଆଜି ସ୍ୱାଧୀନତା ସଂଗ୍ରାମରେ ଆଦିବାସୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ଯିଏ ନେତୃତ୍ୱ ଦେଇଥିଲେ ଏବଂ ଯିଏ ଇଂରେଜ ସରକାରଙ୍କୁ ଉଚିତ ଜବାବ ଦେଇଥିଲେ, ହେଉଛି ଏଭଳି ସଂଗ୍ରାମୀ ଗୋବିନ୍ଦ ଗୁରୁଜୀଙ୍କର ପୁଣ୍ୟ ତିଥି । ଆଉ ଆସନ୍ତା କାଲି ହେଉଛି ସର୍ଦ୍ଦାର ବଲ୍ଲଭ ଭାଇ ପଟେଲଙ୍କ ଜୟନ୍ତୀ । ଆମର ପିଢ଼ୀ ବିଶ୍ୱର ସବୁଠାରୁ ବଡ଼ ପ୍ରତିମା ଷ୍ଟାଚ୍ୟୁ ଅଫ୍ ୟୁନିଟି ସର୍ଦ୍ଦାର ସାହେବଙ୍କୁ ଉଚିତ ଅର୍ଥରେ ହିଁ ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ବହୁତ ଉଚ୍ଚ ଶ୍ରଦ୍ଧା ବ୍ୟକ୍ତ କରିଛୁ । ଆଉ ଆଗାମୀ ପିଢ଼ୀ ମଧ୍ୟ ଯେତେବେଳେ ସର୍ଦ୍ଦାର ସାହେବଙ୍କ ମୂର୍ତି ଦେଖିବେ ତେବେ ଆପେ ଆପେ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ମୁଣ୍ଡ ନଇଁବ ନାହିଁ ବରଂ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ମୁଣ୍ଡ ଉପରକୁ ହୋଇଯିବ । ସର୍ଦ୍ଦାର ସାହେବଙ୍କ ପାଦ ତଳେ ଠିଆ ହୋଇଥିବା ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି ମୁଣ୍ଡ ଉପରକୁ କରି ଠିଆ ହେବେ, ସେମାନେ ମୁଣ୍ଡ ନୁଆଁଇବେ ନାହିଁ, ଏପରି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ହୋଇଛି । ଗୁରୁ ଗୋବିନ୍ଦ ଜୀଙ୍କ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଜୀବନ ମାଆ ଭାରତୀଙ୍କ ସ୍ୱାଧୀନତା ପାଇଁ ସଙ୍ଘର୍ଷରେ ଏବଂ ଆଦିବାସୀ ସମାଜର ସେବାରେ, ସେବା ଏବଂ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରଭକ୍ତି ଏତେ ତୀବ୍ର ଥିଲା ଯେ ବଳିଦାନୀମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ପରମ୍ପରା ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିଦେଲା । ଆଉ ସେ ସ୍ୱୟଂ ନିଜେ ବଳିଦାନୀମାନଙ୍କର ପ୍ରତୀକ ପାଲଟିଗଲେ, ମୁଁ ଆନନ୍ଦିତ ଯେ ମୋ ସରକାର ବିଗତ ବର୍ଷମାନଙ୍କରେ ଗୁରୁ ଗୋବିନ୍ଦ ଜୀଙ୍କ ସ୍ମୃତିରେ ମାନଘର ଧାମ ଯାହା ମଧ୍ୟପ୍ରଦେଶ- ଗୁଜରାଟର ଆଦିବାସୀ ବହୁଳ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଅଛି, ତାକୁ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରୀୟ ସ୍ତରରେ ସ୍ଥାପିତ କରି ତାହାକୁ ବହୁତ ବଡ଼ ସୁଯୋଗ ଭାବେ ପାଳନ କରୁଛନ୍ତି ।PM inaugurates, dedicates to the nation and lays foundation stone for projects worth around Rs 5800 crores in Mehsana, Gujarat
