PM Modi addressed the first after the adoption of the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction. PM said that 2015 was a momentous year as International Community adopted 2 major frameworks - the Sustainable Development Goals & the Paris Agreement on Climate Change. PM also outlined a ten-point agenda for renewing our efforts towards disaster risk reduction.
