ଆଜିଠାରୁ ଉତ୍ତରାଖଣ୍ଡର ରଜତ ଜୟନ୍ତୀ ବର୍ଷର ଶୁଭାରମ୍ଭ ହେଉଛି । ଅର୍ଥାତ୍ ଆମର ଉତ୍ତରାଖଣ୍ଡ ଏହାର ୨୫ତମ ବର୍ଷରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରୁଛି। ଉତ୍ତରାଖଣ୍ଡର ଉଜ୍ଜ୍ୱଳ ଭବିଷ୍ୟତ ପାଇଁ ଆମକୁ ଏବେ ଆଗାମୀ ୨୫ ବର୍ଷର ଯାତ୍ରା ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିବାକୁ ପଡ଼ିବ। ଏଥିରେ ଏକ ସୁଖଦ ସଂଯୋଗ ମଧ୍ୟ ରହିଛି। ଏହି ଯାତ୍ରା ଏମିତି ସମୟରେ ହେବ ଯେତେବେଳେ ଦେଶ ମଧ୍ୟ ୨୫ ବର୍ଷର ଅମୃତକାଳରେ ରହିଥିବ । ଅର୍ଥାତ୍ ବିକଶିତ ଭାରତ ପାଇଁ ବିକଶିତ ଉତ୍ତରାଖଣ୍ଡ, ଦେଶ ଏହି ସଂକଳ୍ପକୁ ଏହି ସମୟ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ପୂରଣ ହେବା ଦେଖିବ । ମୁଁ ଖୁସି ଯେ ଉତ୍ତରାଖଣ୍ଡର ଆପଣ ଲୋକମାନେ ଆଗାମୀ ୨୫ ବର୍ଷ ପାଇଁ ସଂକଳ୍ପ ନେଇ ସମଗ୍ର ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ବିଭିନ୍ନ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମର ଆୟୋଜନ କରୁଛନ୍ତି । ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଉତ୍ତରାଖଣ୍ଡର ଗୌରବକୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ପ୍ରସାରିତ କରାଯିବ ଏବଂ ବିକଶିତ ଉତ୍ତରାଖଣ୍ଡର ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ମଧ୍ୟ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଅଞ୍ଚଳବାସୀଙ୍କ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ପହଞ୍ଚିବ । ମୁଁ ଆପଣ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ଏହି ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଅବସରରେ ଏବଂ ଏହି ମହତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ସଂକଳ୍ପ ପାଇଁ ମୁଁ ଆପଣ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ଶୁଭେଚ୍ଛା ଜଣାଉଛି । ମାତ୍ର ଦୁଇ ଦିନ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ପ୍ରବାସୀ ଉତ୍ତରାଖଣ୍ଡ ସମ୍ମିଳନୀ ମଧ୍ୟ ସଫଳତାର ସହ ଆୟୋଜନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ମୋର ବିଶ୍ୱାସ ଅଛି ଆମର ପ୍ରବାସୀ ଉତ୍ତରାଖଣ୍ଡବାସୀ ରାଜ୍ୟର ବିକାଶ ଯାତ୍ରାରେ ଏତେ ବଡ଼ ଭୂମିକା ନିର୍ବାହ କରିବେ ।

ଉତ୍ତରାଖଣ୍ଡର ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା ଦିବସ ଅବସରରେ ଏହାର ସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶୁଭେଚ୍ଛା ଜଣାଇବା ସହ ଆଜିଠାରୁ ଉତ୍ତରାଖଣ୍ଡ ରାଜ୍ୟ ଗଠନର ରୌପ୍ୟ ଜୟନ୍ତୀ ବର୍ଷ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବାର ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । ଉତ୍ତରାଖଣ୍ଡ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠାର ୨୫ତମ ବର୍ଷରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରିବା ଅବସରରେ ଶ୍ରୀ ମୋଦୀ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ରାଜ୍ୟର ଆଗାମୀ ୨୫ ବର୍ଷର ଉଜ୍ଜ୍ୱଳ ଭବିଷ୍ୟତ ପାଇଁ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିବାକୁ ଅନୁରୋଧ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ସେ ଆହୁରି ମଧ୍ୟ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ଉତ୍ତରପ୍ରଦେଶର ଆଗାମୀ ୨୫ ବର୍ଷର ଯାତ୍ରା ଏକ ବଡ ସଂଯୋଗ, କାରଣ ଭାରତ ମଧ୍ୟ ଏହାର ୨୫ ବର୍ଷର ଅମୃତ କାଳରେ ଅଛି, ଯାହାର ଅର୍ଥ ହେଉଛି ବିକଶିତ ଭାରତ ପାଇଁ ଏକ ବିକଶିତ ଉତ୍ତରାଖଣ୍ଡ । ଏହି ଅବଧିରେ ଦେଶ ସଂକଳ୍ପ ପୂରଣ ହେବାର ସାକ୍ଷୀ ରହିବ ବୋଲି ଶ୍ରୀ ମୋଦୀ କହିଛନ୍ତି । ଆଗାମୀ ୨୫ ବର୍ଷର ସଂକଳ୍ପ ସହିତ ଲୋକମାନେ ଏକାଧିକ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ହାତକୁ ନେଇଛନ୍ତି ବୋଲି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଏହି ଅବସରରେ ଖୁସି ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ସେ ଆହୁରି ମଧ୍ୟ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ, ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଉତ୍ତରାଖଣ୍ଡର ଗୌରବର ପ୍ରସାର ହେବ ଏବଂ ବିକଶିତ ଉତ୍ତରାଖଣ୍ଡର ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ରାଜ୍ୟର ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଅଧିବାସୀଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ପହଞ୍ôଚବ । ଏହି ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ସମୟରେ ଏପରି ମହତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ସଂକଳ୍ପକୁ ଆପଣେଇଥିବାରୁ ଶ୍ରୀ ମୋଦୀ ରାଜ୍ୟର ସମସ୍ତ ବାସିନ୍ଦାଙ୍କୁ ଅଭିନନ୍ଦନ ଜଣାଇଛନ୍ତି । ସମ୍ପ୍ରତି ସଫଳତାର ସହ ଆୟୋଜିତ ହୋଇଥିବା ‘ ପ୍ରବାସୀ ଉତ୍ତରାଖଣ୍ଡ ସମ୍ମିଳନୀ’ର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମକୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ସେ ଉଲ୍ଲେଖ କରିଛନ୍ତି ଏବଂ ଉତ୍ତରପ୍ରଦେଶର ବିକାଶରେ ପ୍ରବାସୀ ଉତ୍ତରାଖଣ୍ଡର ଲୋକମାନେ ପ୍ରମୁଖ ଭୂମିକା ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବ ବୋଲି ଆଶା ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଛନ୍ତି ।
