Shri Modi said that Dr. Rajagopala Chidambaram was one of the key architects of India’s nuclear programme and made ground-breaking contributions in strengthening India’s scientific and strategic capabilities.

“Deeply saddened by the demise of Dr. Rajagopala Chidambaram.
