For decades, Congress stalled the development of Vidarbha & Marathwada: PM Modi
The land of Nanded reflects the purity of India's Sikh Gurus: PM Modi
The I.N.D.I alliance only believe in vote-bank politics: PM Modi
One must caution against Congress for a 'Viksit Bharat' & 'Viksit Maharashtra: PM Modi
Our government made sure the Indian Navy reflected the might of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj: PM Modi

Ahead of the Lok Sabha elections, PM Modi addressed two public meetings in Nanded and Parbhani, Maharashtra amid overwhelming support by the people for the NDA. He bowed down to prominent personalities including Guru Gobind Singh Ji, Nanaji Deshmukh, and Babasaheb Ambedkar.

Speaking on the initial phase of voting for the Lok Sabha elections, PM Modi said, “We have the popular support of the First-time voters with us.” He added, “I.N.D.I alliance have come together to save and protect their corruption and the people have thoroughly rejected them in the 1st phase of polling.” He added that the Congress Shehzada now has no choice but to contest from Wayanad, but like he left Amethi he may also leave Wayanad. He said that the country is voting for BJP-NDA for a ‘Viksit Bharat’.

Lamenting the Congress for stalling the development of the people, PM Modi said, “Congress is the wall between the development of Dalits, Poor & deprived.” He added that Congress even today opposes any developmental work that our government intends to carry out. He said that one can never expect them to resolve any issues and people cannot expect robust developmental prospects from them.

Highlighting the dire state and fragile conditions of Marathwada and Vidarbha, PM Modi said, “For decades, Congress stalled the development of Vidarbha & Marathwada. He said, "It is the policies of the Congress that both Marathwada and Vidarbha are water-deficient, its farmers are poor and there are no prospects for industrial growth.” He said that our government has enabled 'Nal se Jal' to 80% of households in Nanded. He said that our constant endeavor has been to facilitate the empowerment of our farmers through record rise in MSPs, income support through PM-KISAN, and the promotion of ‘Sree Anna’.

Highlighting the infra impetus in Nanded in the last decade, PM Modi said, “To treat every wound given by Congress is Modi's guarantee.” He added “The ‘Shaktipeeth highway’ and ‘Latur Rail Coach Factory’ is our commitment to a robust infra.” He said that we aim to foster the development of the Marathwada region in the next 5 years.

Elaborating on the relationship between the Sikh Gurus and Nanded, PM Modi said, “The land of Nanded reflects the purity of India's Sikh Gurus.” He added that we are guided by the principles of Guru Gobind Singh Ji. “Over the years we have celebrated the 550th birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev Ji, the 400th birth anniversary of Guru Teg Bahadur Ji, and the 350th birth anniversary of Guru Gobind Singh Ji,” said PM Modi. He said that the Congress has always opposed the Sikh community and is taking revenge for 1984. He said that it is due to this that they oppose the CAA that aims to bring the Sikh brothers and sisters to India, granting them citizenship. He said that it was our government that brought back the Guru Granth Sahib from Afghanistan and facilitated the Kartarpur corridor. He said that various other decisions like the abrogation of Article 370 and the abolition of Triple Talaq have greatly benefitted our Muslim sisters and brothers.

Taking a dig at the I.N.D.I alliance, PM Modi said “The I.N.D.I alliance only believe in vote-bank politics.” He added that for this they have left no stone unturned to criticize and disrespect ‘Sanatana’. He said that it is the same I.N.D.I alliance that boycotted the Pran-Pratishtha of Shri Ram.

Addressing a rally in Parbhani, PM Modi said, “One must caution against Congress for a 'Viksit Bharat' & 'Viksit Maharashtra.” He added that it is their divisive policies that caused the partition of India and the imposition of Article 370 going against the wishes of Babasaheb Ambedkar.

Reflecting on the Congress detesting Indian culture, PM Modi said, “Congress & it's friends detest India's culture.” He added that it was our government that added the Tiranga on the Navy flag. He said, “Our government made sure the Indian Navy reflected the might of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.” But the Congress even opposes these steps that showcase the vibrancy of our culture.

In conclusion, PM Modi said that we all must strive to ensure that India becomes a ‘Viksit Bharat’, and for that, it is the need of the hour to vote for the BJP-NDA. He thanked the people of Nanded and Parbhani for their overwhelming support and expressed confidence in a Modi 3.0.
