राज्य नागरी सचिवालय इमारतीचे राष्ट्रार्पणही पंतप्रधानांनी केले तसेच तोमो रिबा आरोग्य आणि वैद्यकशास्त्र संस्थेच्या शैक्षणिक विभागाचे भूमीपूजनही केले.
यावेळी मोठ्या संख्येने आणि उत्साहाने लोक उपस्थित होते. अरुणाचलला भेटून आनंद झाल्याचे त्यांनी सांगितले. बहुतांश महत्त्वाचे विभाग नव्या सचिवालयात आहेत.
समन्वय आणि सोयीच्या दृष्टीने हे उत्तम आहे. त्यामुळे दूरच्या गावांवरुन येणाऱ्या नागरिकांना याचा लाभ होईल, असे पंतप्रधानांनी सांगितले.
इटानगर इथल्या संमेलन केंद्राच्या उद्‌घाटनाबाबत त्यांनी आनंद व्यक्त केला. ही केवळ इमारत नसून अरुणाचल प्रदेशच्या आशा-आकांक्षा पूर्ण करणारे सशक्त केंद्र आहे, असे ते म्हणाले. सरकारी अधिकारी आणि खासगी कंपन्या आपल्या परिषदा आणि सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमांचे आयोजन येथे करू शकतात. अरुणाचल प्रदेशमध्ये संमेलन केंद्रात महत्त्वाच्या बैठका आयोजित करण्याबाबत आपण व्यक्तीश: लोकांना सुचवू असेही पंतप्रधान म्हणाले. ईशान्य परिषदेच्या बैठकीसाठी शिलाँगला दिलेल्या भेटीचा आणि कृषीसंबंधीच्या महत्वाच्या बैठकीसाठी सिक्कीमला दिलेल्या भेटीच्या आठवणींना पंतप्रधानांनी उजाळा दिला.
केंद्रीय मंत्री आणि केंद्र सरकारचे अधिकारी ईशान्येकडच्या राज्यांना नियमित भेट देत आहेत, असे पंतप्रधानांनी सांगितले.
आरोग्य क्षेत्रात आधुनिक तंत्रज्ञानाचा वापर, पायाभूत सुविधा आणि मनुष्यबळ विकास यावर लक्ष्य केंद्रीत करण्याची गरज असल्याचे पंतप्रधानांनी सांगितले. जेव्हा एखादी व्यक्ती त्या विशिष्ट क्षेत्राचा अभ्यास करते तेवहा तिथल्या वैद्यकीय आव्हानांबाबत ती अधिक चांगल्या प्रकारे परिचित होते. त्यामुळे आरोग्य क्षेत्रात उत्तम गुणवत्ता आवश्यक असून सेवा परवडणाऱ्या दरातही उपलब्ध असली पाहिजे असे ते म्हणाले.
स्टेन्टसच्या किंमती कमी झाल्या पाहिजेत जेणेकरून गरीब आणि मध्यमवर्गीय कुटुंबाला याचा लाभ होईल. आयुष्यमान भारत योजनेमुळे गुणवत्तापूर्ण आणि परवडण्याजोगी आरोग्यसेवा मिळणे शक्य होईल, असे पंतप्रधानांनी सांगितले.
राज्यातल्या चांगल्या कामांबद्दल पंतप्रधानांनी अरुणाचल प्रदेशच्या मुख्यमंत्र्यांचे कौतुक केले. वर्ष 2027 मध्ये अरुणाचल प्रदेश कसा असावा, याचा उत्तम आराखडा मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी तयार केला आहे. या आराखड्यासाठी केवळ अधिकाऱ्यांकडूनच नव्हे तर सर्व क्षेत्रातल्या. लोकांकडून माहिती, कल्पना गोळा केल्या आहेत, असे पंतप्रधानांनी सांगितले.
