Narendrabahi Modi releases “Yajur-Ved Bhashya” in Gujarati

Vedas and our Great Cultural Heritage offer Insightful and lasting Solutions

Chief Minister Shri Narendrabhai Modi released the first ever Gujarati edition of “Yajur-Ved Bhashya” today. Swami Dayanand Saraswati had prepared Sanskrit and Hindi version of it, by taking in to account the Vedic-grammatical principles. Acharya Shri Ghyaneshwarji of Arya Samaj informed the Chief Minister that the” 944 pages Bhashya” is first of its kind in the Gujarati language. It is being published by Vanprastha Sadhak Ashram Rojad- Sabarkantha.

Chief Minister elaborated the timeless wisdom and knowledge of Vedas as our rich cultural heritage, which still holds relevance. It offers insightful solutions to each and every problem faced by the universe.

Shri Dayalmuniji of Ayurveda University has done Gujarati translation. As many as 1975 Mantra-Chants- guides us to tread the right path at personal level and as a family, everything is made abundantly clear in the simplest form. What is right and what is wrong gets clear in the light of the scriptures.

President- BJP State Unit, Shri Purushottam Rupala, Program-Coordinator Shri Arvind Rana, Manager of the Ashram Shri Dineshkumar, Shri Chandresh Ahuja were also present. Chief Minister complimented the organisers for their upscale initiatives and efforts to send the Gujarati version of the Bhashya to the thought leaders and knowledgeable persons.

First such instance that a Prime Minister will attend such a programme at the Headquarters of the Catholic Church in India

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will attend the Christmas Celebrations hosted by the Catholic Bishops' Conference of India (CBCI) at the CBCI Centre premises, New Delhi at 6:30 PM on 23rd December.

Prime Minister will interact with key leaders from the Christian community, including Cardinals, Bishops and prominent lay leaders of the Church.

This is the first time a Prime Minister will attend such a programme at the Headquarters of the Catholic Church in India.

Catholic Bishops' Conference of India (CBCI) was established in 1944 and is the body which works closest with all the Catholics across India.
