PM Modi distributed over 65 lakh property cards under the SVAMITVA Scheme to property owners across more than 50,000 villages in over 230 districts across 10 states and 2 Union Territories. Reflecting on the scheme's inception five years ago, he emphasised its mission to ensure rural residents receive their rightful property documents. He expressed that the government remains committed to realising Gram Swaraj at the grassroots level.

मध्य प्रदेशातील सिहोर येथील स्वामित्व लाभार्थी मनोहर मेवाडा यांच्यासोबत संवाद साधताना पंतप्रधानांनी त्यांना स्वामित्व योजनेविषयीचा त्यांचा अनुभव विचारला. मालमत्तेच्या कागदपत्रांमुळे त्यांनी कशा प्रकारे कर्ज मिळवले आणि त्यामुळे त्यांच्या जीवनात कशा प्रकारे बदल झाला आहे, असे पंतप्रधानांनी मनोहर यांना विचारले. त्यावर आपल्या डेरी फार्मसाठी 10 लाख रुपयांचे कर्ज घेतल्याची आणि त्यामुळे आपला व्यवसाय सुरू करता आल्याची माहिती मनोहर यांनी दिली. आपली मुले आणि पत्नी देखील या डेरी फार्ममध्ये काम करत आहेत आणि यामुळे अतिरिक्त उत्पन्न मिळत आहे असे मनोहर यांनी सांगितले.मालमत्तेची कागदपत्रे असल्यामुळे बँकेकडून कर्ज मिळवणे सोपे झाले असे मनोहर यांनी अधोरेखित केले. केंद्र सरकारी योजनांमुळे लोकांच्या जीवनातील अडचणी कमी झाल्याचे पंतप्रधानांनी नमूद केले. स्वामित्व योजनेमुळे लाखो कुटुंबांच्या उत्पन्नात वाढ झाली असल्याचे पाहून आपल्याला आनंद झाला असल्याचे पंतप्रधान म्हणाले. प्रत्येक नागरिकाने त्याची मान अभिमानाने उंचवावी आणि त्याच्या जीवनात सुलभता अनुभवावी हे सुनिश्चित करण्याला सरकारचे प्राधान्य असल्यावर त्यांनी भर दिला. याच दृष्टीकोनाचा स्वामित्व योजना ही विस्तार असल्याचे त्यांनी सांगितले.

पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी यांनी आज 10 राज्ये आणि 2 केंद्रशासित प्रदेशांमध्ये 230 जिल्ह्यांमधील 50,000 पेक्षा जास्त गावांमध्ये मालमत्ता धारकांना दूरदृश्य प्रणालीच्या माध्यमातून स्मामित्व योजने अंतर्गत 65 लाखांपेक्षा जास्त प्रॉपर्टी कार्ड्सचे वितरण केले. भारतामधील गावे आणि ग्रामीण भागांसाठी आजचा दिवस ऐतिहासिक आहे, असे त्यांनी या कार्यक्रमाला संबोधित करताना सांगितले आणि सर्व लाभार्थी आणि नागरिकांना या निमित्ताने शुभेच्छा दिल्या. ग्रामीण भागात राहणाऱ्या लोकांना त्यांची प्रॉपर्टी कार्ड्स मिळतील हे सुनिश्चित करण्यासाठी पाच वर्षांपूर्वी स्वामित्व योजना सुरू करण्यात आली, असे पंतप्रधान म्हणाले. विविध राज्यांमध्ये मालमत्ता मालकी प्रमाणपत्रांना घरोनी, अधिकार अभिलेख, प्रॉपर्टी कार्ड, मालमत्ता पत्रक आणि आवासीय भूमी पत्ता यांसारख्या विविध नावांनी ओळखले जाते असे त्यांनी नमूद केले.जयपूर येथे आयोजित करण्यात आलेल्या उदयोन्मुख राजस्थान जागतिक गुंतवणूक शिखर परिषदेमध्ये पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी यांनी केलेले भाषण
