Minister for Health and Family Welfare, Shri Nitinbhai Patel will be present at the event.

Other dignitaries to be present at the occasion are Shri Parbatbhai Patel, Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare, Dr. Nata Menabde, Representative to India, WHO, Dr. Genevieve Begkoyian, Chief of Health, UNICEF, India country office and Prof. K Srinath Reddy, President, Public Health Foundation of India.

Dr. Sam Nujoma was a great friend of India. His august presence during the establishment of the first ever-diplomatic mission of Namibia [SWAPO at that time] in 1986 in New Delhi will always be cherished and fondly remembered by the people of India.
