To, Mr. Honorable Prime Minister, Government of India New Delhi Subject :- Regarding establishment of special court in each district under Section 84 of the Divyang Rights Act 2016 and appointment of Public Prosecutor (P.P) in each district under Section 85 of Divyang Rights Act 2016, Sir, With humble request to say that I am Dheeraj Kumar. Sir Date :- On 27-07-2022, the Law Department was requested to provide information under the relevant sections of the Right to Information Act 2005. (Neelam Kumari) Special Duty Officer Co- Public Information Officer Date :- 01-09-2022, letter number- SCO0No-(Information)-22-86/2022__264__J. Information was provided to (LSU). Under Section 84 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, there is a provision for establishment of special courts for persons with disabilities in every district. And under Section 85 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, there is a provision for the appointment of a Public Prosecutor (P.P) for persons with disabilities in each district But sir, till now appointments have been made only in two districts (Jehanabad and Siwan). The above posts are vacant in all other districts. Due to which the disabled have to face a lot of problems to get justice. Sir, you are the pioneer of social justice. Sir, you are requested to kindly get the above post appointed as soon as possible. In the special courts set up in all the districts of Bihar, the federal criminals related to the disabled are not being heard by the special courts in the junior most Additional District / District Court / Sessions Court. Police administration, lawyers, people related to court, general public and Divyangjan lack information about special court. This law and order needs to be publicized for the administration, lawyers, people related to the court, general public and disabled people to know and take advantage of. The rights of the disabled are being violated day by day. For this Hon'ble High Court Patna needs to take suo motu cognizance. Therefore, it is a humble request to sir that keeping the above things in mind, establishment of Special Court in each district under Section 84 of the Disabled Rights Act 2016 and Public Prosecutor (P.P) in each district under Section 85 of the Disabled Rights Act 2016 Kindly start the recruitment process as soon as possible.
