The PM took to twitter and said, “BJP’s victory in the Shimla Municipal Corporation is historic and yet again reflects people's faith in development politics. The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has condoled passing of renowned writer and Jnanpith Awardee Vinod Kumar Shukla ji. Shri Modi stated that he will always be remembered for his invaluable contribution to the world of Hindi literature.
