PM greets China, Korea, Vietnam, and Mongolia on their new year

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, has greeted the people of China, Korea, Vietnam, and Mongolia, on the occasion of their respective New Years.

“Greetings on the start of the Chinese New Year. May the coming year brighten your lives with peace, joy and prosperity. 祝中国人民新羊年快乐,恭喜发财.

Seollal greetings to my Korean friends around the world. I pray that the coming year brings with it tremendous happiness and prosperity. 전 세계 한국인 여러분, 새해 복 많이 받으십시오. 새해에 행복과 번영이 함께 하시길 기원합니다.

On the occasion of Tết and the coming of Spring, may I wish the people of Vietnam a New Year with full of happiness, peace and good health. Nhân dịp Tết đến xuân về, tôi xin chúc nhân dân Việt Nam một năm mới tràn ngập hạnh phúc, bình an và sức khỏe.

TsagaanSar greetings to my sisters and brothers of Mongolia. Have a wonderful year ahead, filled with success, joy and good health. Монгол дахь миний эгч, ахан дүүс Та бүхэндээ Цагаан сарын баярын мэндийг хүргэе. Ирж байгаа шинэ жилдээ амжилт бүтээл арвин, аж жаргалтай, эрүүл энх байхыг хүсэн ерөөе,” the Prime Minister said.

PM to participate in ‘Odisha Parba 2024’ on 24 November

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will participate in the ‘Odisha Parba 2024’ programme on 24 November at around 5:30 PM at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, New Delhi. He will also address the gathering on the occasion.

Odisha Parba is a flagship event conducted by Odia Samaj, a trust in New Delhi. Through it, they have been engaged in providing valuable support towards preservation and promotion of Odia heritage. Continuing with the tradition, this year Odisha Parba is being organised from 22nd to 24th November. It will showcase the rich heritage of Odisha displaying colourful cultural forms and will exhibit the vibrant social, cultural and political ethos of the State. A National Seminar or Conclave led by prominent experts and distinguished professionals across various domains will also be conducted.
