Speaking at a massive gathering in Warangal, Telangana, Prime Minister Narendra Modi emphasized the significant role of the state in the growth of the BJP. He proudly declared that the BJP is now the largest political party worldwide and commended Telangana for contributing to its success. The PM expressed his delight in witnessing the continuous expansion of the BJP in the region, evident from the party's impressive performance in the 2021 municipal corporation elections.

With the upcoming assembly elections, the Prime Minister confidently stated that the BJP aims to decisively outperform both the BRS and Congress parties, thereby solidifying its influence in the state.

During the rally, Prime Minister Modi emphasized the remarkable progress India has made in the past nine years, leading to an increased global recognition and admiration for the country. “Telangana, too, has reaped the benefits of this development. The state has witnessed a surge in investments, surpassing previous levels, which has resulted in numerous employment opportunities for the youth of Telangana,” he said.

Labelling the KCR government as highly corrupt, PM Modi highlighted four main actions of the state government. Firstly, he accused them of constantly criticizing and berating Modi and the Central Government. Secondly, he claimed that they focused on consolidating power within a single family, attempting to establish themselves as the ultimate authority in Telangana. Thirdly, PM Modi criticized the government for impeding the economic progress of Telangana. Lastly, he alleged that corruption had engulfed the state, stating that virtually every project in Telangana was tainted by allegations of corruption.

PM Modi cautioned the people of the state about the ruling family in Telangana, which he accused of being embroiled in scams and facing ongoing investigations. He urged the crowd to remain vigilant and not fall prey to their tricks.

Slamming the BRS and Congress for their dynastic politics, PM Modi said, “Familyists only worry about the future of their sons and daughters. They don't care if the future of other children of the country, of Telangana. All these family-based parties, their foundation stands on corruption. The whole country has seen the corruption of the family-based Congress. Entire Telangana is watching the corruption of familial BRS. Be it Congress or BRS, both are fatal for the people of Telangana.”

Furthermore, PM Modi mentioned the Telangana State Public Service Commission scam and the prolonged wait for government recruitment faced by Telangana's youth for the past nine years. He lambasted the government for exploiting government jobs to benefit its leaders rather than serving the people.

Talking about how the centre is spending more and more in the villages to strengthen the rural economy, he said, “Over the past nine years, more than 1,30,000 crore rupees have been allocated to paddy farmers through paddy procurement. Additionally, around 40 lakh farmers in Telangana have received about Rs 9,000 crore directly in their bank accounts through the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi. Thousands of crores of rupees have also reached the rural economy from the crores of houses that have been built under the PM Awas Yojana.”

PM Modi also talked about the development schemes and works done for the upliftment of the tribals, be it Ekalavya Model Schools or creation of Van Dhan Kendras.

Pointing out the deceptive guarantees made by the opposition party, the PM asserted, “Nowadays some people are coming up with false guarantees before the elections to mislead the public. But the BJP does not distribute false guarantee cards to win elections. If BJP talks about giving free ration to every poor family, then the entire ration reaches the poor's kitchen. If BJP gives Ayushman Bharat card, then every poor family starts getting free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh.”
