PM Narendra Modi arrives in New York

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, arrived in New York on Friday. 

1-684He was received at JFK Airport by Dr. S Jaishankar, Ambassador of India in the United States. 

2-684The Prime Minister was greeted by hundreds of people who were waiting for him at Madison Avenue in New York, close to the hotel where he will be staying. He mingled with the people for a few minutes.

Prime Minister shares Sanskrit Subhashitam highlighting the power of collective effort

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, shared a Sanskrit Subhashitam-

“अल्पानामपि वस्तूनां संहतिः कार्यसाधिका।

तृणैर्गुणत्वमापन्नैर्बध्यन्ते मत्तदन्तिनः॥”

The Sanskrit Subhashitam conveys that even small things, when brought together in a well-planned manner, can accomplish great tasks, and that a rope made of hay sticks can even entangle powerful elephants.

The Prime Minister wrote on X;

“अल्पानामपि वस्तूनां संहतिः कार्यसाधिका।

तृणैर्गुणत्वमापन्नैर्बध्यन्ते मत्तदन्तिनः॥”
