With our mantra of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas’ we continuously worked towards enhancing the quality of life of our citizens: PM Modi
While I have my performance record of having served the people of this country tirelessly, the ‘Mahamilawati’ leaders have nothing but their falsehood campaigns to rely on: PM Modi in M.P.
The Congress government here has given a free pass to hooligans and anti-social elements and hence crime is rapidly rising in M.P. : Prime Minister Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed two massive public rallies in the parliamentary constituencies of Khandwa and Indore in Madhya Pradesh this evening. The rallies saw PM Modi talk about numerous problems faced by the people in M.P. under the Congress government as well as a host of other national issues.

Addressing the large crowd of enthusiastic supporters, PM Modi said, “While I come among the people with my performance record of having served the people of this country tirelessly for the last five years, the ‘Mahamilawati’ leaders have nothing but their campaign of falsehood, division and appeasement to their credit. With our mantra of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas’ we worked towards enhancing the quality of life of our citizens while also expanding the social security net to the most vulnerable sections of society.”

Lashing out at the Congress government in the state for its poor governance, PM Modi said, “Nobody in Madhya Pradesh really knows who is running the state’s government because of the Congress’ infighting and this has led to serious problems for the ordinary people. The government here has given a free pass to hooligans and anti-social elements here which is why crime is rapidly rising in M.P. Furthermore, the ‘Tughlaq Road Chunavi Ghotala’ yet again revealed the corrupt face of the Congress party; they have proven time and again that whenever they come to power, corruption will follow them. Like ordinary people, the farmers of M.P. have also been betrayed by their Congress government as the farmers here aren’t able to benefit from the PM-KISAN scheme launched by the central government this year.”

Highlighting the key differences between the 2014 and 2019 Lok Sabha elections, PM Modi asserted that while the 2014 elections were about anti-incumbency against the Congress, the 2019 elections are about a strong pro-incumbency for the BJP. He added that while in 2014, there was widespread anger and frustration against the corruption and poor governance of the Congress, in 2019, there is wide-ranging support for the transformative and transparent policies of the BJP, which led to several achievements like India becoming the third largest start-up ecosystem in the world or the rapid strides in manufacturing sector in the country under ‘Make in India’ and other such schemes. He said that such milestones were largely achieved due to the patriotic political will of the BJP-led government and made the people believe the party’s governance approach which assured him of a major victory for the party again in 2019.
