പി.എസ്.എല്‍.വി. സി-37 ഉപയോഗിച്ച് കാര്‍ട്ടോസാറ്റ് ഉപഗ്രഹവും ഒപ്പം 103 നാനോ ഉപഗ്രഹങ്ങളും ഭ്രമണപഥത്തില്‍ എത്തിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള വിജയകരമായ വിക്ഷേപണത്തിന് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ശ്രീ. നരേന്ദ്ര മോദി ഐ.എസ്.ആര്‍.ഒ. ശാസ്ത്രജ്ഞരെ അഭിനന്ദിച്ചു.
