പങ്കാളിത്ത ഭരണത്തിന്റെ പ്രാധാന്യത്തെക്കുറിച്ചു പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി സ്മാര്‍ട്ട് ഇന്ത്യ ഹാക്കത്തണ്‍-2018 പങ്കാളികളോട് അടിവരയിട്ടു വിശദീകരിച്ചു.
യുവാക്കളില്‍ തനിക്കുള്ള അങ്ങേയറ്റത്തെ വിശ്വാസം വെളിപ്പെടുത്തിയ അദ്ദേഹം പുതിയ ഇന്ത്യ എന്ന വീക്ഷണം യാഥാര്‍ഥ്യമാക്കുന്നതിനായി പരമാവധി സംഭാവനകള്‍ അര്‍പ്പിക്കാന്‍ യുവാക്കളോട് ആഹ്വാനം ചെയ്യുകയും ചെയ്തു. ‘യുവ പ്രഫഷണലുകളുമായും യുവ സി.ഇ.ഒമാരുമായും യുവ ശാസ്ത്രജ്ഞരുമായും ഇടപഴകുന്നതിനുള്ള അവസരം ഞാന്‍ ഒരിക്കലും നഷ്ടപ്പെടുത്താറില്ല’, പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു.
മുന്‍വര്‍ഷത്തേതിനേക്കാള്‍ പേര്‍ ഇത്തവണ ഹാക്കത്തണില്‍ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്നുണ്ട് എന്നതില്‍ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി സന്തുഷ്ടി പ്രകടിപ്പിച്ചു. ‘മുന്‍ ഹാക്കത്തണില്‍ ഏറ്റെടുക്കപ്പെട്ടിരുന്ന പദ്ധതികളില്‍ മിക്കതും പൂര്‍ത്തീകരിക്കപ്പെട്ടു എന്നാണ് അറിയാന്‍ സാധിച്ചത്’, അദ്ദേഹം തുടര്‍ന്നു.
നവീന ആശയങ്ങളുടെ കണ്ടുപിടിത്തത്തിന് ഊന്നല്‍ നല്‍കി പ്രസംഗിച്ച പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി, ഐ.പി.പി.പി. (കണ്ടുപിടിക്കുക, പേറ്റന്റ് നേടുക, ഉല്‍പാദിപ്പിക്കുക, അഭിവൃദ്ധി നേടുക) എന്ന മന്ത്രം ഉപദേശിച്ചു. ‘ഈ നാലു ചുവടുകള്‍ നമ്മുടെ രാഷ്ട്രത്തെ അതിവേഗം അഭിവൃദ്ധിയിലേക്കു നയിക്കും. അതിനായി നാം കണ്ടുപിടിത്തങ്ങള്‍ നടത്തുകയും കണ്ടുപിടിത്തങ്ങള്‍ക്കു പേറ്റന്റ് നേടുകയും ഉല്‍പാദനം എളുപ്പമാക്കുകയും ഉല്‍പന്നങ്ങള്‍ അതിവേഗം ജനങ്ങളിലേക്ക് എത്തിച്ച് അവരുടെ അഭിവൃദ്ധി യാഥാര്‍ഥ്യമാക്കുകയും വേണം’, അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു. ‘കണ്ടുപിടിത്തങ്ങള്‍ക്കു ലോകം നേരിടുന്ന വെല്ലുവിളികളെ അതിജീവിക്കാനുള്ള കരുത്തുണ്ട്. നമ്മുടെ കണ്ടുപിടിത്തങ്ങള്‍ സഹപൗരന്‍മാരുടെ ജീവിതം മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്താന്‍ ഏതു വിധത്തിലാണ് ഉതകുക എന്ന ചിന്ത നമുക്ക് ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം’, പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി കൂട്ടിച്ചേര്‍ത്തു.
‘മെയ്ക്ക് ഇന്‍ ഇന്ത്യ’ എങ്ങനെ ഒരു ബ്രാന്‍ഡായിത്തീര്‍ന്നുവെന്നും ലോകത്താകമാനം പ്രശസ്തമായിത്തീര്‍ന്നു എന്നും പ്രസംഗത്തില്‍ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി. നാലു വര്‍ഷം മുമ്പ് ഇന്ത്യയില്‍ കേവലം രണ്ടു മൊബൈല്‍ ഫോണ്‍ നിര്‍മാണ കേന്ദ്രങ്ങളാണ് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നതെങ്കില്‍ ഇപ്പോള്‍ അത്തരം ഫാക്ടറികളുടെ എണ്ണം 120 ആയി ഉയര്‍ന്നുവെന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം വെളിപ്പെടുത്തി. 2013-14 സാമ്പത്തിക വര്‍ഷത്തെ അപേക്ഷിച്ച് പേറ്റന്റ്, ട്രേഡ്മാര്‍ക്ക് റജിസ്‌ട്രേഷനുകളില്‍ മൂന്നിരട്ടി വര്‍ധന ഉണ്ടായിട്ടുണ്ടെന്നും പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു.
ആരോഗ്യ ഹാക്കത്തണ്‍, നിയമ ഹാക്കത്തണ്‍, വാസ്തുശാസ്ത്ര ഹാക്കത്തണ്‍, കൃഷി ഹാക്കത്തണ്‍, ഗ്രാമ ഹാക്കത്തണ്‍ തുടങ്ങിയ ബഹുമേഖലാ ഹാക്കത്തണിന്റെ സാധ്യത തേടണമെന്നു പ്രതിനിധികളോട് അദ്ദേഹം ആഹ്വാനം ചെയ്തു. ‘ഇത്തരം ഹാക്കത്തണുകളില്‍ നവീന ആശയങ്ങള്‍ കൈമുതലായുള്ള കൃഷിക്കാരെയും എന്‍ജിനീയര്‍മാരെയും വാസ്തുവിദ്യാ വിദഗ്ധരെയും ഡോക്ടര്‍മാരെയും അഭിഭാഷകരെയും മാനേജര്‍മാരെയും നമുക്ക് ആവശ്യമുണ്ട്. ഹാക്കത്തണുകള്‍ വളര്‍ന്നുവരുന്ന പ്രതിഭകള്‍ക്ക് വേദി പ്രദാനം ചെയ്യും’, അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു. പ്രഗതി യോഗങ്ങളിലൂടെ വികസന പദ്ധതികളുടെ നിര്‍മാണ പുരോഗതി അതതു സമയത്തു വിലയിരുത്തുന്നതു സംബന്ധിച്ച അനുഭവങ്ങള്‍ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി പങ്കുവെച്ചു.
വിവിധ കേന്ദ്രങ്ങളിലെ സ്മാര്‍ട് ഇന്ത്യ ഹാക്കത്തണുകളില്‍ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്നവരുമായി ഗ്രാന്റ് ഫിനാലെ പരിപാടിയില്‍ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി സംവദിച്ചു.
