Recently a group of nearly ten Rabari Bharwad cattle-breeder families from Aadhoi village of Bhachau district got stuck in heavy rainfall in small rann of Kutch. On the prompt intervention by Chief Minister Narendra Modi these families were rescued through an air force helicopter. With regard to this incident, as many as 100 relatives of these families came to Gandhinagar today to thank Chief Minister for his timely help.
During interaction, Chief Minister talked with them about the incident and acquainted them about state government’s disaster management mechanism which has been established after devastating earthquake in Kutch.
