പ്രധാനമന്ത്രിയെ സ്വീകരിക്കാന് നഗരവാസികള് തെരുവുകളില് തടിച്ചുകൂടി. അവിടെ അദ്ദേഹം ഹത്കേശ്വര് ക്ഷേത്രത്തില് പ്രാര്ത്ഥനനടത്തി. താന് കുട്ടിക്കാലത്ത് പഠിച്ച സ്കൂളിന് മുന്നില് അദ്ദേഹം അല്പ്പനേരം വാഹനം നിര്ത്തി.
