എന്റെ പ്രിയപ്പെട്ട നാട്ടുകാരേ, നാം പവിത്രമായ 'ഛഠ്' പൂജയെക്കുറിച്ച് സംസാരിച്ചു, സൂര്യദേവന്റെ ഉപാസനയെക്കുറിച്ചു സംസാരിച്ചു. സൂര്യോപാസനയെക്കുറിച്ചു സംസാരിക്കുന്നതോടൊപ്പം സൂര്യന്റെ വരദാനത്തെക്കുറിച്ചും നമുക്ക് ചര്‍ച്ച ചെയ്യാം. സൂര്യദേവന്റെ വരദാനമാണ് 'സൗരോര്‍ജ്ജം.' Solar Energy പ്രധാനപ്പെട്ടൊരു വിഷയമാണ്. ലോകം മുഴുവന്‍ തങ്ങളുടെ ഭാവിക്കായി അതിനെ ഉറ്റുനോക്കുന്നു. ഭാരതത്തെ സംബന്ധിച്ചിടത്തോളം സൂര്യദേവന്‍ നൂറ്റാണ്ടുകളായി ഉപാസനയുടെ മാത്രമല്ല, ജീവിതരീതിയുടെതന്നെ കേന്ദ്രമായി വര്‍ത്തിക്കുന്നു. ഇന്ന് ഭാരതം പരമ്പരാഗത അനുഭവങ്ങളെ ആധുനികശാസ്ത്രവുമായി ബന്ധിപ്പിക്കുകയാണ്, അതുകൊണ്ടുതന്നെയാണ് നാം സൗരോര്‍ജ്ജത്തില്‍നിന്നു വിദ്യൂച്ഛക്തി ഉല്പാദിപ്പിക്കുന്ന വന്‍കിട രാജ്യങ്ങളിലൊന്നായി തീര്‍ന്നിരിക്കുന്നത്. സൗരോര്‍ജ്ജംകൊണ്ട് നമ്മുടെ രാജ്യത്തെ നിര്‍ധനരുടെയും മധ്യവര്‍ഗ്ഗക്കാരുടെയും ജീവിതത്തില്‍ എങ്ങനെ മാറ്റം ഉണ്ടാക്കിയെടുക്കാമെന്നുള്ളതും ഇന്നു പഠനവിഷയമാണ്.ഗുജറാത്തിലെ അദലജില്‍ മിഷന്‍ സ്‌കൂള്‍ ഓഫ് എക്സലന്‍സിന്റെ ഉദ്ഘാടന വേളയില്‍ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രിയുടെ പ്രസംഗം

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi launched Mission Schools of Excellence at Trimandir, Adalaj, Gujarat today. The Mission has been conceived with a total outlay of 10,000 Crores. During the event at Trimandir, the Prime Minister also launched projects worth around Rs 4260 crores.
