On the evening of 26th April, Shri Narendra Modi addressed the sixth round of the 3D Bharat Vijay rally, and spoke to lakhs of supporters from various places across the country. Exposing the Congress’ misconduct and deceit in hiding the facts from the people, Shri Modi stated how the Central government had only betrayed the Nation. He urged the people to vote them out and bring in progress for the country.
From recent allegations of the involvement of some Central government Ministers and a member of 10 Janpath, in the Hawala transactions engaged through a meat exporting company, to the objection made to former Punjab CM Captain Amarinder Singh’s undisclosed foreign bank accounts in his Affidavit, Shri Modi cited some such recent news which were deliberately concealed from the people of India, so as to protect the Congress and its conniving members. He also recalled the Hassan Ali case, wherein, despite the Supreme Court’s order to form an SIT and look into the allegations, the Congress government had never bothered to do so.
Shri Modi urged the people to spread the word on such conspiracies and inform others so as to enable them to choose the right candidate to lead the Nation. He also urged the Election Commission of India to look into such concerns and bring the true picture to the people.
Shri Modi also mentioned the Prime Minister’s recent statement wherein he refused to acknowledge the ‘Modi wave’ in the country, and in his trademark wit, asserted that the statement was as expected, since the PM had never acknowledged the rampant corruption, price rise or unemployment. He further opined that such statements from the PM have never come as a surprise, since the recently released book ‘The Accidental Prime Minister’ reinstated that the PM never had a strong opinion on any matter, and it was only the ‘Mother-Son’ duo who took all the decisions. He also retaliated to the Congress’ statement questioning Shri Modi if the ‘tsunami’ he referred to in his speeches would bring destruction for the Nation, and said that the ‘tsunami’ would certainly destroy, but only those who had ruined the Nation.
He confronted the Congress Vice President for his false statements on Gujarat’s growth story, and backed his views with the Gujarat High Court’s recent judgement which affirmed that the policies and initiatives by the Gujarat government had been in the people’s interests, and devoid of any manipulations at the procedural end. Shri Modi also dared the Congress to come out in the open and fight on the parameters of good governance and development. He spoke of how the Centre had never acknowledged or taken the initiative to tackle the problems of corruption, price rise, unemployment or poverty.
Recalling his recent visit to Varanasi, to file his nomination papers, Shri Modi spoke of how the magnanimity and magnificence of the people and the city had mesmerized him. He also stated how the massive support received during his visit to Varanasi had, in fact, given the Congress sleepless nights.
Shri Modi urged the people to vote for the BJP and enable over 300 Lotuses to reach Delhi, so that a ‘sevak’ can serve the country and bring it out from the shackles of misrule of the past 60 years.
