The country is saying ‘Quit India’ for corruption, dynasty, appeasement: PM Modi
As a representative of BJP, you have to take the benefits of the Panchayati Raj system to the last person standing in the last line of society: PM

Today, PM Modi addressed the Kshetriya Panchayati Raj Parishad in Haryana via video conferencing. Addressing the gathering, the PM said, “Today, the country is moving forward with full enthusiasm to fulfill the resolutions of Amrit Kaal and to build a developed India. The PM said, "District Panchayats hold tremendous potential to drive significant transformations in various sectors. In this context, your role as representatives of the BJP becomes exceptionally vital."

Criticizing the Congress, Prime Minister Modi highlighted that for four decades after Independence, the Congress failed to grasp the importance of implementing the Panchayati Raj system in villages. Consequently, the District Panchayat system, established later, was neglected during the Congress rule. “As a result, two-thirds of the country's population living in villages were left longing for basic necessities like roads, electricity, water, banks, and houses, becoming their unfortunate fate. This negligence is the very reason why, even after seven decades of independence, around 18,000 villages in the country still lacked access to electricity,” he added.

PM Modi remarked that following the revocation of Article 370, the region witnessed its first-ever elections from Gram Panchayat to District level. Over 33,000 local representatives were successfully elected during these elections, marking the establishment of democracy at the grassroots level for the first time in J&K.

Speaking to the BJP representatives, PM Modi said, “As a representative of the BJP, you have to take the benefits of the Panchayat system to the last person standing in the last line of the society. You know that today the Central Government is working with the target of 100 percent saturation of every scheme. This is possible only when we achieve this goal in every village.”

Talking about the farmers’ welfare schemes, Prime Minister Modi iterated, “In the last 9 years, such a system has been created for the farmers from seed to market, which reduces the cost of farming and increases the income. Under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, 2,60,000 crore rupees have been directly deposited in the accounts of the farmers. The urea which our farmers are getting for less than Rs.300, costs up to Rs.3000 in many countries. Farmers have also received compensation of more than 1,30,000 crore rupees through the PM Fasal Bima Yojana.”

He also talked about the positive impact of many of central schemes that improved social and economic condition of rural women. He said, “In the last 9 years, bank accounts of about 50 crore people were opened under the Jan Dhan Yojana. Most of the beneficiaries of this scheme are women. Mudra loans, increased financial assistance to self-help groups have given village women a new means of self-employment.”

“In the last two years, more than 14 crore people have consulted doctors with the help of the e-Sanjeevani scheme of the Government of India. Every District Panchayat member of BJP should run a campaign to inform about e-Sanjeevani Yojana to every village and every house in the village,” he added.

Prime Minister Modi said, “Today, through thousands of PACS, cooperatives are being strengthened to give strength to the farmers and the rural economy. In the next 5 years, multipurpose PACS, Primary Fisheries Societies, Dairy Cooperatives will be formed in 2 lakh villages.”

Furthermore, Prime Minister Modi launched a fierce critique against the opposition bloc 'INDIA,' asserting that the public is now “Quit India” to all the ills of the country, such as “corruption, dynasty and appeasement. He eloquently emphasized the stark difference between India before and after 2014, highlighting the remarkable development initiatives undertaken in the past nine years.

PM Modi urged the gathering, "You may recall that on August 15 last time, the entire nation embarked on the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign. Let's continue this tradition and strive to hoist the tricolor in every household once again. I encourage you to make every possible effort to unfurl the national flag in every home within your panchayat and area."

Addressing the BJP representatives, PM Modi said, “You have to remain humble and work in coordination with the people of the organization and the karyakartas. Today, such an image of BJP has been created in the country in which the poor believe that 'Where there is a lotus sign, there is welfare of the poor'. ‘Where there is a lotus sign, there will definitely be help to the poor. Where there is a lotus sign, no poor person will have to wander there. You have to make the identity of your office like this. Service should be your biggest priority.”

In his address to the BJP representatives at Kshetriya Panchayati Raj Parishad, Prime Minister Modi emphasized the importance of humility and cooperation with both the organization and the karyakartas. He highlighted the positive image the BJP has acquired in the country, with the perception among the poor that "Where there is a lotus sign, there is welfare for the poor."
