Prime Minister Narendra Modi engaged in interactive sessions with students, teachers, and parents during the 7th edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha and held insightful discussions on the crucial aspects of career progression and life confusion.
Quoting the ‘Swachh Bharat’ initiative, PM Modi stressed that 'Swachhata' has become a national priority. He highlighted the significant growth of India's art and culture sector, indicating that the market has expanded 250 times in the last decade. Encouraging students not to underestimate their capabilities, he urged them to approach their pursuits with dedication and commitment.
The Prime Minister highlighted the National Education Policy and its provisions that allow students to explore different courses rather than being confined to a single stream. He applauded students' participation, skills, and dedication in the showcased exhibition, noting that their work in communicating government schemes surpassed that of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting of the Government of India.
While addressing confusion in life over opting for the right career, PM Modi advised students to be decisive, drawing a comparison to ordering food in a restaurant where a clear decision must be made. He also suggested evaluating the positives and negatives of decisions, emphasising the need for a thoughtful approach to career choices.
The Prime Minister encouraged students to embrace clarity, commitment, and a decisive mindset to navigate their career paths and make important life decisions.
