Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed a vibrant crowd in Kalaburagi, Karnataka, expressing gratitude for the overwhelming support shown by the people and reiterating BJP's commitment to the development and progress of Karnataka and the nation at large. The rally witnessed a wave of enthusiasm among the attendees, reflecting Karnataka's resolve to secure a record number of seats for BJP in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.

In his impassioned speech, PM Modi emphasized the significant strides made by the BJP in the southern part of India, encompassing states like Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Telangana. He highlighted the widespread hope and support for the BJP observed during his recent tours across these regions, indicating a promising outlook for the party.

He said, “In every region, in every community, people have shown immense support for BJP. The overwhelming support the BJP is receiving in the South is evident from the fact that even members of the INDI Alliance and Congress are beginning to say, ‘Abki Baar, 400 Paar.”

PM Modi underscored the deteriorating situation in Karnataka under the Congress government, citing instances of mismanagement, corruption, and a lack of accountability. He condemned the Congress party's failure to fulfill its promises to the people of Karnataka, particularly in areas like law and order, infrastructure development, and welfare schemes.

“Today, in Karnataka, the law and order situation is deteriorating. Congress is openly protecting antisocial elements. Fear is being instilled in the minds of the people. The public is distressed by problems, while the Congress government is busy looting,” said PM Modi.

The Prime Minister lamented the Congress party's culture of corruption, accusing them of exploiting the state's
resources for personal and political gains. He criticized Congress for betraying the trust of farmers, youth, and other sections of society by reneging on their commitments and indulging in nepotism and maladministration.

The Prime Minister said, “These people came to power by making big promises to the youth. But today, they are stopping the scholarships of those very youth, cutting them. It is Congress that is sinning depriving the youth of their rights. The loot of Congress is such that even for small development works, there is no money with the government. The MLAs have been told that the government does not have money. Is this how a government operates? Even Congress has realized that they will not be able to form the government again. Therefore, Congress has only one agenda left, loot as much as you can.”

PM Modi reaffirmed BJP's unwavering commitment to the welfare and progress of Karnataka, citing numerous initiatives and projects undertaken by the central government to bolster infrastructure, agriculture, and industries in the region. He highlighted the allocation of significant funds for the development of key infrastructure projects, including the construction of the first Six Lane Greenfield Highway between Kalaburagi and Raichur.

Expressing gratitude for the support received from the people of Karnataka, PM Modi called upon them to rally behind the BJP in the upcoming elections. He urged voters to elect more BJP MPs from Karnataka to ensure effective representation and oversight in Parliament, thereby holding the Congress government accountable for its actions.

“The BJP has always worked for the development of Karnataka. We have respected the identity of Karnataka. Wherever I go in the world, I talk about the principles of democracy that were taught to us by Jagadguru Basaveshwara. Taking inspiration from the Anubhava Mantapa, we also named Delhi's Bharat Mandapam after it. This is the place where the G-20 Summit of leaders from around the world was held. This increased the pride and respect of Karnataka worldwide,” said PM Modi.

Underlining BJP’s achievement in the state of Karnataka, PM Modi said, “The BJP has worked for every society, every class in Karnataka. Our actions have changed circumstances, and our mothers and sisters can understand this perfectly well. In the last few years, by bringing the Ayushman Yojana, we have freed people from this worry. Today, the guarantee of free treatment has become Modi's guarantee. Earlier, our women had to go out of the house to fetch water even in scorching heat. But in the last few years, we have provided water through pipelines to more than 75 lakh families in Karnataka. The provision of clean water, today, has become Modi's guarantee.”

“Earlier, due to the absence of an LPG connection, our women used to cook food on stoves in our homes. Today, under the Ujjwala Yojana, we have provided more than forty million LPG connections in Karnataka. Taking women and children out of smoke, this is Modi's guarantee. We have built more than 8 million PM houses in Karnataka. Most of these houses have been registered in the names of women. These efforts have changed the lives of women in Karnataka today. That's why every woman in every home in Karnataka is saying, if he comes, it will be Modi,” he added.

In conclusion, PM Modi reiterated BJP's commitment to inclusive growth, empowerment, and good governance, pledging to work tirelessly for the betterment of Karnataka and the nation. He called upon the people of Karnataka to join hands with the BJP in realizing the vision of a prosperous and progressive state and said, “Your support and trust are extremely important to us. We promise to work with complete honesty and dedication.”
