A special micro website for Prime Minister’s Varanasi Constituency was launched today. The micro-site is a specially created one stop destination for gathering all information about Shri Narendra Modi’s Constituency.

On April 1, 2015, Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself took to twitter and shared the link of the website specially dedicated to Varanasi.

The website showcases Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s special bond that he shares with Varanasi. The website takes through the PM’s Swachhta drive to adopting Jayapur for overall development and other innovative and developmental programmes being organised in Varanasi.

The website also has a collection for all the news updates, photos, and videos of Shri Narendra Modi in Varanasi. It also offers an easy access to directly write to the PM or even share one’s thoughts and insights. Local inputs could also be provided at the address provided on the website.

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi paid homage today to Mahatma Gandhi at his statue in the historic Promenade Gardens in Georgetown, Guyana. He recalled Bapu’s eternal values of peace and non-violence which continue to guide humanity. The statue was installed in commemoration of Gandhiji’s 100th birth anniversary in 1969.

Prime Minister also paid floral tribute at the Arya Samaj monument located close by. This monument was unveiled in 2011 in commemoration of 100 years of the Arya Samaj movement in Guyana.
