ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿಯವರು 311 ಕಿ.ಮೀ. ಉದ್ದದ ಗೋವಿಂದಪುರ್-ಜಮ್ತಾರ –ದುಮ್ಕಾ-ಸಾಹೇಬ್ ಗಂಜ್ ಹೆದ್ದಾರಿ ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಹೇಬ್ ಗಂಜ್ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ ಆವರಣ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಹೇಬ್ ಗಂಜ್ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೌರ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯವನ್ನು ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಸಮರ್ಪಿಸಿದರು.
