ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಶ್ರೀ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಅವರು “ಮೈ ನಹೀ ಹಮ್” ಜಾಲತಾಣ ಮತ್ತು ಆ್ಯಪ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ನವದೆಹಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಿದರು.

“ಸೆಲ್ಫ್ 4 ಸೊಸೈಟಿ” ಎಂಬ ವಿಷಯಾಧಾರಿತವಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವ ಜಾಲತಾಣ, ಸಮಾಜ ಸೇವೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಕಳಕಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಐಟಿ ವೃತ್ತಿಪರರು ಮಾಡುವ ಎಲ್ಲ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಗಳನ್ನು ಒಂದೇ ವೇದಿಕೆಯಡಿ ತರಲಿದೆ. ಈ ರೀತಿ ಮಾಡುವುದರಿಂದಾಗಿ, ಸಮಾಜದ ದುರ್ಬಲ ವರ್ಗದವರ ಸೇವೆಗಾಗಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಸಹಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವ, ಅದರಲ್ಲೂ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನದ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನ ಬಳಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ, ಒಂದು ಮಧ್ಯವರ್ತಿವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯಾಗಿ ಈ ಜಾಲತಾಣ ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಲಿದೆ. ಆಸಕ್ತರು ಸಮಾಜದ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಲು ವಿಸ್ತೃತರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಳ್ಳುವಿಕೆಗಾಗಿ ಪ್ರೇರಣೆ ನೀಡುವ ತಾಣವಾಗಲಿದೆ.

ಐಟಿ ಮತ್ತು ಎಲೆಕ್ಟ್ರಾನಿಕ್ ತಯಾರಿಕಾ ವೃತ್ತಿಪರರು, ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ರಂಗದ ದಿಗ್ಗಜರು, ಮತ್ತು ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞರು …ಹೀಗೆ ವಿವಿಧ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರಂಗದವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಅವರು ಸಂವಾದ ನಡೆಸಿದರು. ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ, ಜನರು ಇತರರಿಗಾಗಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಲು, ಸಮಾಜಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಸೇವೆಗೈಯ್ಯಲು ಮತ್ತು ಸಕಾರಾತ್ಮಕ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ತರಲು ಸಿದ್ಧರಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂವಾದದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗಿಗಳಾಗಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಆಶಯ ವಿನಿಮಯ ಮಾಡಿದವರಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಆನಂದ್ ಮಹೀಂದ್ರಾ , ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಸುಧಾ ಮೂರ್ತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಭಾರತದ ಆತ್ಯುನ್ನತ ಐಟಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಹಲವು ಯುವ ವೃತ್ತಿಪರರು ಸೇರಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ , ಅದೆಷ್ಟೇ ದೊಡ್ಡದಿರಲಿ ಅಥವಾ ಸಣ್ಣದಿರಲಿ, ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಬೆಲೆ ಇದೆ. ಸರಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅನೇಕ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳಿರಬಹುದು ಮತ್ತು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಬೇಕಾದ ಹಣಕಾಸಿರಬಹುದು, ಆದರೆ ಯೋಜನೆಯೊಂದರ ಯಶಸ್ಸು ಅದರಲ್ಲಿನ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಳ್ಳುವಿಕೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ನಿಂತಿದೆ. ಬೇರೆಯವರ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಕಾರಾತ್ಮಕ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ತರುವಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಶಕ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇಗೆ ಬಳಕೆ ಮಾಡೋಣವೆಂದು ನಾವು ಯೋಚಿಸೋಣ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ನೆರೆದವರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹದ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನಾಡಿದರು.

ಭಾರತದ ಯುವಜನರು ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನದ ಶಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಬಹಳ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಬಳಕೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ನಾನು ಗಮನಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಅವರು ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಕೇವಲ ಅವರ ಸ್ವಂತ ಬಳಕೆಗಾಗಿ ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲದೆ ಇತರರ ಸದುಪಯೋಗಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಕೂಡಾ ಅವನ್ನು ಬಳಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದೊಂದು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಅದ್ಬುತ ಸಂಕೇತವಾಗಿದೆ. ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಲವಾರು ಸ್ಟಾರ್ಟ್ ಅಪ್ ಗಳಿರುವುದನ್ನು ನಾವಿಂದು ಗುರುತಿಸಬಹುದು. , ನಾನೂ ಈ ಯುವ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಉದ್ಯಮಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಶುಭಕೋರುತ್ತೇನೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಟೌನ್ ಹಾಲ್ ಮಾದರಿಯ ಸಂವಾದ ಕುರಿತು ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಯೊಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಉತ್ತರಿಸುತ್ತಾ, “ನಾವು ನಮ್ಮ ಅನುಕೂಲ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಗಳಿಂದ ಹೊರಬರುವುದು ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯ. ನಮಗೆ ಇದರ ಹೊರತಾಗಿಯೂ ಕಲಿಯಲು ಮತ್ತು ಆವಿಷ್ಕರಿಸಲು ಬಹಳಷ್ಟಿದೆ” ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಐಟಿ ವೃತ್ತಿಪರರು ತಮ್ಮ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಾ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಗಳನ್ನು ಅದರಲ್ಲೂ ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ನೈರ್ಮಲ್ಯ ವಿಷಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಸ್ಪಂದಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಅವರು ಬಾಪೂ ಅವರ ಕನ್ನಡಕವೇ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛ ಭಾರತ ಮಿಷನ್ ಗೆ ಚಿಹ್ನೆಯಾಗಿದೆ, ಬಾಪೂ ಅವರೇ ಪ್ರೇರಣೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಮತ್ತು ನಾವೆಲ್ಲಾ ಬಾಪೂ ಅವರ ಸಂಕಲ್ಪವನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಹಲವು ಸಂದರ್ಭಗಳಲ್ಲಿ , ಸರಕಾರದಿಂದ ಏನನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲವೋ, ಅದನ್ನು ಸಂಸ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ಮಾಡಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯ. ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತೆಯನ್ನು ನಮ್ಮ ಮೌಲ್ಯವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯ ಅಂಗವಾಗಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಜಲ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಕುರಿತು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಅವರು, ಜಲ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣೆಯನ್ನು ಅರಿಯಲು ಜನರು ಗುಜರಾತಿನ ಪೋರಬಂದರಿಗೊಮ್ಮೆ ಭೇಟಿನೀಡಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ಮಹಾತ್ಮಾ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಅವರ ಮನೆಯನ್ನೊಮ್ಮೆ ನೋಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು. ನಾವು ಜಲಸಂರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಜಲ ಪುನರ್ಬಳಕೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಕಠಿಣ ಪರಿಶ್ರಮ ಪಡುವ ನಮ್ಮ ಕೃಷಿಕರು ಹನಿನೀರಾವರಿ ಪದ್ಧತಿಯನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕರಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ಮಾಡುವುದರಿಂದ, ಸ್ವಯಂ ಸೇವೆಯ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಗಳಿಂದ ಕೃಷಿಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಹಳಷ್ಟನ್ನು ಮಾಡಬಹುದು. ಯುವಜನತೆ ಕೃಷಿಕರ ಕ್ಷೇಮಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗಾಗಿ ಶ್ರಮಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಹಣವನ್ನು ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ಜನರ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಬಳಸುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂಬ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸವಿರುವುದರಿಂದಾಗಿ ಜನರು ತೆರಿಗೆ ಕಟ್ಟುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ನಮ್ಮ ಯುವಜನರ ಪ್ರತಿಭೆಯಿಂದಾಗಿ ಭಾರತ ಇಂದು ಸ್ಟಾರ್ಟ್ ಅಪ್ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಹಳಷ್ಟು ಸಾಧನೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಉದ್ಯಮಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಠಿಮಾಡುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವ ತಂಡದ ಕುರಿತಾಗಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಅವರು, ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರಿಗೂ ಸಮಾನ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಠಿಸುವ ಭಾರತವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸುವುದು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಪ್ರಮುಖವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಸಮಾಜ ಸೇವಾ ಕೆಲಸಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವುದೆಂದರೆ, ಅದು ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರಿಗೂ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಯ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಬೇಕು. ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೋದ್ಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ವಿಮರ್ಶಿಸುವ ಟ್ರೆಂಡ್ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವಿರೋಧ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಅವರು ಮುಂಚೂಣಿಯ ಕಾರ್ಪೊರೇಟ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು ಸಮಾಜಸೇವಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತಮ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವುದಲ್ಲದೆ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳಿಗೂ ಜನ ಸೇವೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಪ್ರೇರೇಪಿಸುತ್ತಿವೆ ಎಂಬುದಕ್ಕೆ ಈ ಟೌನ್ ಹಾಲ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಉತ್ತಮ ಉದಾಹರಣೆಯಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

Friends,

Global peace and security are not just ideals, rather they are the foundation of our shared interests and future. Progress of humanity is possible only in a peaceful and secure environment. BRICS has a very important role in fulfilling this objective. It is time for us to come together, unite our efforts, and collectively address the challenges we all face. We must move forward together.

Terrorism is the most serious challenge facing humanity today. India recently endured a brutal and cowardly terrorist attack. The terrorist attack in Pahalgam on 22nd April was a direct assault on the soul, identity, and dignity of India. This attack was not just a blow to India but to the entire humanity. In this hour of grief and sorrow, I express my heartfelt gratitude to the friendly countries who stood with us and expressed support and condolences.

Condemning terrorism must be a matter of principle, and not just of convenience. If our response depends on where or against whom the attack occurred, it shall be a betrayal of humanity itself.

There must be no hesitation in imposing sanctions on terrorists. The victims and supporters of terrorism cannot be treated equally. For the sake of personal or political gain, giving silent consent to terrorism or supporting terrorists or terrorism, should never be acceptable under any circumstances. There should be no difference between our words and actions when it comes to terrorism. If we cannot do this, then the question naturally arises whether we are serious about fighting terrorism or not?

Today, from West Asia to Europe, the whole world is surrounded by disputes and tensions. The humanitarian situation in Gaza is a cause of grave concern. India firmly believes that no matter how difficult the circumstances, the path of peace is the only option for the good of humanity.

India is the land of Lord Buddha and Mahatma Gandhi. We have no place for war and violence. India supports every effort that takes the world away from division and conflict and leads us towards dialogue, cooperation, and coordination; and increases solidarity and trust. In this direction, we are committed to cooperation and partnership with all friendly countries. Thank you.
