During Pariksha Pe Charcha, questions pertaining to improving productivity were posed to PM Modi. Shweta Kumari, a student of 10th standard, said although her productivity of study is good during night time she is asked to study during day. Another student Raghav Joshi had a confusion whether to play first and then study or vice-versa.
PM Modi answered that it’s good to think and is also desirable to get best outcome from the invested time. We must consciously inculcate habit of evaluating what output and outcome we got from the time we spent.
Further, PM Modi advised that to overcome cheating by ‘mind, heart and body’ we must follow principles of Mahatma Gandhi. He used to talk about ‘Shrey’ (what we must do) and ‘Priy’ (what we habitually do). PM Modi said that we must stick to what is ‘Shrey’ even though mind pushed us to follow what is ‘Priy’.
We should observe in which situation we are comfortable so as to improve productivity and should focus on maximum outcome. So, it is essential in life to keep doing our work despite any odds.
