Hitting out at the opposition, PM Modi said that due to the divisive politics of Congress, poor and backward people never had their basic needs fulfilled. He finally addressed the youth and the first-time voters of Gujarat, PM Modi said that the Gujarat of 20 years ago was impoverished and had a lack of opportunities for the youth, but has completely changed in these two decades.
