પ્રધાનમંત્રી શ્રી નરેન્દ્ર મોદીએ ભારતના ભૂતપૂર્વ પ્રધાનમંત્રી શ્રી પી વી નરસિંહા રાવને એમની જન્મજયંતી નિમિત્તે યાદ કર્યા હતા.
પ્રધાનમંત્રીએ કહ્યું કે, “શ્રી પી વી નરસિંહા રાવજીને એમની જન્મજયંતી નિમિત્તે યાદ કરું છું. તેઓ એક મહાન વિદ્વાન અને અનુભવી પ્રશાસક હતા એમણે આપણા ઇતિહાસના મહત્વપૂર્ણ તબક્કામાં દેશનું નેતૃત્વ કર્યું હતું. એમણેરાષ્ટ્રની પ્રગતિમાં યોગદાન આપનારા વિશેષ પગલા લીધા હતા અને તેના માટે તેમને હંમેશા યાદ કરવામાં આવશે.”
