PM Modi visits Varanasi with Japanese PM Shinzo Abe
PM Modi and PM Shizo Abe participates in Ganga Aarti in VaranasiPrime Minister Shri Narendra Modi visited Varanasi with his Japanese counterpart Japnese PM Shinzo Abe. Both the Prime Ministers participated in Ganga Aarti at the Dashashwamedh Ghat in Varanasi.
Announces ex-gratia from PMNRFThe Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has expressed deep grief over the loss of lives due to the collapse of a bridge in Vadodara district, Gujarat. Shri Modi also wished speedy recovery for those injured in the accident.
The Prime Minister announced an ex-gratia from PMNRF of Rs. 2 lakh to the next of kin of each deceased and Rs. 50,000 for those injured.
The Prime Minister’s Office posted on X;
“The loss of lives due to the collapse of a bridge in Vadodara district, Gujarat, is deeply saddening. Condolences to those who have lost their loved ones. May the injured recover soon.
