When we empower women in a family, we empower the entire house-hold: PM ModiWhen we help with a woman's education, we ensure that the family is educated: PMWhen we secure her future, we secure future of the entire home: PM Narendra Modiવડાપ્રધાન નરેન્દ્ર મોદીએ આજે ચેન્નાઈમાં અમ્મા ટુ વ્હિલર સ્કિમની શરૂઆત કરી હતી. જયલલિતાજી ને શ્રદ્ધાંજલિ આપતા વડાપ્રધાન મોદીએ સ્ત્રી સશક્તિકરણ અંગે વિગતે વાત કરી હતી. એમણે કહ્યું, “જ્યારે પરિવારમાં આપણે સ્ત્રીને સશક્ત કરીએ છીએ ત્યારે આપને સમગ્ર કુટુંબને સશક્ત કરીએ છીએ. જ્યારે આપને સ્ત્રીને શિક્ષણ આપીને મદદ કરીએ છીએ ત્યારે આપણે એ સુનિશ્ચિત કરીએ છીએ કે આપણું પરિવાર સુશિક્ષિત બને. જ્યારે આપણે તેને સારું આરોગ્ય આપીએ છીએ ત્યારે આપણે આપણા પરિવારને સારું આરોગ્ય આપીએ છીએ. જ્યારે આપણે તેનું ભવિષ્ય સુરક્ષિત કરીએ છીએ આપણે આપણા સમગ્ર ઘરના ભવિષ્યને સુરક્ષિત કરીએ છીએ.
તેમણે કેન્દ્રના અસંખ્ય સુધારાઓ અને પહેલ પર પણ પ્રકાશ ફેંક્યો જે મહિલાઓને સશક્ત બનાવે છે અને તેમના જીવનમાં હકારાત્મક બદલાવ લાવે છે.
I am glad to be able to launch one of her dream projects – the Amma Two Wheeler Scheme. I am told that on Amma's 70th birth anniversary, 70 lakh plants will be planted across Tamil Nadu.

We have also made a change in the Factory's Act & suggested to States that they allow women to work in the night shift as well. We have also extended maternity leave from 12 to 26 weeks. Under the PM Awaas Yojana, the registry of the House is done in the name of the woman: PM
