પ્રધાનમંત્રી શ્રી નરેન્દ્ર મોદીએ આજે રાષ્ટ્રીય મતદાતા દિવસ પર લોકોને શુભેચ્છા પાઠવી છે.
એક ટ્વીટમાં, પ્રધાનમંત્રીએ કહ્યું;
"રાષ્ટ્રીય મતદાતા દિવસ પર શુભેચ્છાઓ. આ વર્ષની 'નથિંગ લાઈક વોટિંગ, આઈ વોટ ફોર સ્યોર'ની થીમથી પ્રેરિત થઈને, આપણે બધા ચૂંટણીમાં સક્રિય સહભાગિતાને વધુ મજબૂત કરવા અને આપણી લોકશાહીને મજબૂત કરવા માટે સાથે મળીને કામ કરીએ. હું આ ક્ષેત્રમાં તેમના પ્રયાસો માટે ECIની પણ પ્રશંસા કરું છું."
