Prime Minister Narendra Modi engaged in interactive sessions with students, teachers, and parents during the 7th edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha and held insightful discussions on exam preparation and stress management.

PM Modi emphasised the importance of avoiding mistakes caused by the over-enthusiasm of parents or excessive sincerity of students. He advised the parents to not create unnecessary pressure by indulging in rituals, buying new clothes, or purchasing stationery for exam days.

On the other hand, he also urged students to adopt a relaxed mindset and refrain from last-minute reading, emphasising the importance of avoiding external distractions that may lead to unnecessary tension.

One of the critical pieces of advice from the Prime Minister to the students was to carefully read the question paper and strategically plan time allocation to prevent panic during the exam.

During the fruitful interactions, PM Modi underlined the declining habit of writing due to the prevalence of computers and phones and encouraged students to maintain the practice of writing. His strong suggestion was to dedicate 50% of study time to writing, emphasising that proper understanding comes through writing.

The Prime Minister asked the students to refrain from concerns about the speed of other students and urged them not to be overwhelmed by their submissions. PM Modi's guidance aimed at instilling confidence and promoting effective exam preparation strategies, ultimately helping students manage stress and perform optimally during exams.
