ખેડૂતોનું કલ્યાણ સુનિશ્ચિત કરવાની પોતાની પ્રતિબદ્ધતાને અનુરૂપ પ્રધાનમંત્રી શ્રી નરેન્દ્ર મોદીએ આજે બિહારનાં ભાગલપુરથી પ્રધાનમંત્રી કિસાનનો 19મો હપ્તો પ્રસિદ્ધ કર્યો હતો. તેમણે આ પ્રસંગે અનેક વિકાસલક્ષી પરિયોજનાઓનો શુભારંભ પણ કર્યો હતો. શ્રી મોદીએ આ કાર્યક્રમમાં સામેલ થયેલા તમામ મહાનુભવો અને લોકોનું વર્ચ્યુઅલ સ્વાગત કર્યું હતું. તેમણે કહ્યું કે મહા કુંભના પવિત્ર સમયગાળા દરમિયાન મંદારચલની ભૂમિમાં પગ મૂકવો એ ખૂબ જ સૌભાગ્યની વાત છે. તેમણે ઉમેર્યું હતું કે, આ સ્થળ આધ્યાત્મિકતા, વારસો ધરાવે છે અને સાથે સાથે વિકસિત ભારતની સંભવિતતા પણ ધરાવે છે. શ્રી મોદીએ ટિપ્પણી કરી હતી કે, આ ભૂમિ શહીદ તિલ્કા માંઝીની સાથે-સાથે સિલ્ક સિટી તરીકે પ્રસિદ્ધ છે. તેમણે ઉમેર્યું કે, બાબા અજગૈબીનાથની પવિત્ર ભૂમિમાં પણ આગામી મહા શિવરાત્રીની તૈયારીઓ કરવામાં આવી છે. તેમણે કહ્યું હતું કે, આ પ્રકારની પવિત્ર ક્ષણ દરમિયાન પ્રધાનમંત્રી કિસાનનો 19મો હપ્તો બહાર પાડવાનું સૌભાગ્ય તેમને મળ્યું છે અને આશરે રૂ. 22,000 કરોડ ડાયરેક્ટ બેનિફિટ ટ્રાન્સફર મારફતે ખેડૂતોનાં બેંક ખાતાઓમાં સીધા જમા થયા છે.

હું અહીં માનનીય રાષ્ટ્રપતિના સંબોધન બદલ કૃતજ્ઞતા વ્યક્ત કરવા ઉપસ્થિત થયો છું. ગઈકાલે, આજે અને મોડી રાત સુધી, બધા માનનીય સાંસદોએ તેમના વિચારોથી આ આભાર પ્રસ્તાવને સમૃદ્ધ બનાવ્યો. ઘણા માનનીય અને અનુભવી સંસદસભ્યોએ પણ પોતાના વિચારો વ્યક્ત કર્યા, અને સ્વાભાવિક રીતે, લોકશાહીની પરંપરાની જેમ, જ્યાં જરૂર હતી, ત્યાં પ્રશંસા હતી, જ્યાં મુશ્કેલી હતી, ત્યાં કેટલીક નકારાત્મક બાબતો પણ હતી, પરંતુ આ ખૂબ જ સ્વાભાવિક છે! માનનીય અધ્યક્ષજી, મારા માટે એ ખૂબ જ સૌભાગ્યની વાત છે કે દેશના લોકોએ મને 14મી વખત આ સ્થાન પર બેસીને રાષ્ટ્રપતિના સંબોધન માટે કૃતજ્ઞતા વ્યક્ત કરવાની તક આપી છે અને તેથી, આજે હું તેમનો આભાર માનવા માંગુ છું. લોકોનો ખૂબ આદર સાથે આભાર. ગૃહમાં ચર્ચામાં ભાગ લેનારા અને તેને સમૃદ્ધ બનાવનારા બધાનો હું આભાર વ્યક્ત કરવા માંગુ છું.

Minimum Support Prices (MSP) for Raw Jute for 2025-26 Season

The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA), chaired by the PM Modi, has approved the MSP of Raw Jute for Marketing season 2025-26. The MSP of Raw Jute (TD-3 grade) has been fixed at Rs.5,650/- per quintal for 2025-26 season. This would ensure a return of 66.8 percent over the all India weighted average cost of production. The approved MSP of raw jute for Marketing season 2025-26 is in line with the principle of fixing MSP at a level of at least 1.5 times all India weighted average cost of production as announced by the Government in the Budget 2018-19.
