હિંમતનગરમાં દિવસની તેમની અંતિમ રેલીને સંબોધતા, વડાપ્રધાનશ્રી મોદીજીએ કહ્યું, “20 વર્ષમાં મગફળીનો વિસ્તાર બમણાથી વધુ થયો છે. હવે સાબરકાંઠામાં અગાઉની સરખામણીમાં મગફળીની ઉપજ 8 ગણી વધી છે. મને કહેવામાં આવ્યું છે કે, આ વખતે ખેડૂતોને મગફળીની ખરીદીમાં ખૂબ સારી આવક મળી રહી છે. અહીં બટાકા માટે કરવામાં આવેલ કોલ્ડ સ્ટોરેજની સુવિધા થકી ખેડૂતોને ઘણી સહજતા પ્રાપ્ત થઈ છે. આજે જ્યારે સાબરકાંઠાના બટાકામાંથી બનાવેલી ફ્રેન્ચ ફ્રાઈસની નિકાસ થાય છે ત્યારે આપણા બધાની ખુશી વધી જાય છે.PM Modi addresses public meetings in Kalol, Chhota Udepur and Himmatnagar, Gujarat
