હું ફક્ત મારી સામે સ્ક્રીન પર જોઈ રહ્યો હતો, દેશના ખૂણે ખૂણે લાખો લોકો આધુનિક ટેક્નોલોજી કનેક્ટિવિટી દ્વારા અમારા કાર્યક્રમ સાથે જોડાયેલા છે. એક સમય હતો જ્યારે દિલ્હીના વિજ્ઞાન ભવનથી કાર્યક્રમો યોજાતા હતા અને દેશ જોડાતા હતા. સમય બદલાયો છે, ગુરુગ્રામમાં કાર્યક્રમો થાય છે, દેશ સામેલ થાય છે. હરિયાણા આ સંભાવના દર્શાવે છે. આજે દેશે આધુનિક કનેક્ટિવિટી તરફ વધુ એક મહત્વપૂર્ણ પગલું ભર્યું છે. મને ખુશી છે કે આજે મને દ્વારકા એક્સપ્રેસ વે દેશને સમર્પિત કરવાની તક મળી છે. આ એક્સપ્રેસ વે પર 9 હજાર કરોડ રૂપિયાથી વધુનો ખર્ચ કરવામાં આવ્યો છે. આજથી દિલ્હી-હરિયાણા વચ્ચેના ટ્રાફિકનો અનુભવ હંમેશા માટે બદલાઈ જશે. આ આધુનિક એક્સપ્રેસ વે માત્ર વાહનોમાં જ નહીં પરંતુ દિલ્હી-એનસીઆરના લોકોના જીવનમાં પણ ગિયર બદલવાનું કામ કરશે. હું દિલ્હી-NCR અને હરિયાણાના લોકોને આ આધુનિક એક્સપ્રેસ વે માટે શુભેચ્છા પાઠવું છું.પ્રધાનમંત્રીએ વિવિધ રાજ્યો માટે આશરે રૂ. એક લાખ કરોડનાં મૂલ્યનાં 112 રાષ્ટ્રીય રાજમાર્ગ પ્રોજેક્ટ્સનું ઉદઘાટન અને શિલાન્યાસ કર્યા
