વડાપ્રધાન શ્રી નરેન્દ્ર મોદીએ, આજે આસામના ગોગમુખ ખાતે ભારતીય કૃષિ સંશોધન સંસ્થાની આધારશીલા રાખી હતી. આ પ્રસંગે એક વિશાળ જનસભાને સંબોધતા વડાપ્રધાને આસામની સરકાર અને મુખ્યમંત્રી સર્બાનંદ સોનોવાલને રાજ્યમાં કરેલા તેમના કાર્યો બદલ અભિનંદન આપ્યા હતા.
