The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs, chaired by PM Modi, has approved the revision of ethanol procurement prices for Public Sector OMCs under the Ethanol Blended Petrol Programme for Ethanol Supply Year 2024-25 (Nov 1, 2024 – Oct 31, 2025). The ex-mill price of ethanol from C Heavy Molasses has been increased from Rs. 56.58 to Rs. 57.97 per litre.

Minimum Support Prices (MSP) for Raw Jute for 2025-26 Season

The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA), chaired by the PM Modi, has approved the MSP of Raw Jute for Marketing season 2025-26. The MSP of Raw Jute (TD-3 grade) has been fixed at Rs.5,650/- per quintal for 2025-26 season. This would ensure a return of 66.8 percent over the all India weighted average cost of production. The approved MSP of raw jute for Marketing season 2025-26 is in line with the principle of fixing MSP at a level of at least 1.5 times all India weighted average cost of production as announced by the Government in the Budget 2018-19.

28 ગ્રેડના P&K ખાતરો ખેડૂતોને ખાતર ઉત્પાદકો/આયાતકારો દ્વારા સબસિડીવાળા ભાવે ઉપલબ્ધ કરાવવામાં આવે છે. P&K ખાતરો પર સબસિડી 01.04.2010 થી NBS યોજના દ્વારા સંચાલિત થાય છે. ખેડૂતોના કલ્યાણને નિશ્ચિતપણે ફોકસમાં રાખવાની સર્વોચ્ચ પ્રાથમિકતા ચાલુ રાખીને, ભારત સરકારે ડી-એમોનિયમ ફોસ્ફેટ (ડીએપી) ખાતરની કિંમત યથાવત રાખીને ખેડૂતોને મોટી રાહત આપી છે. ભૌગોલિક-રાજકીય અવરોધો અને વૈશ્વિક બજારની સ્થિતિની અસ્થિરતા હોવા છતાં, સરકારે ખરીફ અને રવિ 2024-25 માટે ખેડૂતોને પોષણક્ષમ ભાવે DAPની ઉપલબ્ધતા સુનિશ્ચિત કરીને ખેડૂત મૈત્રીપૂર્ણ અભિગમ પ્રત્યે તેની પ્રતિબદ્ધતા જાળવી રાખી હતી. જુલાઈ, 2024માં કેબિનેટે 01.04.2024 થી 31.12.2024 સુધી NBS સબસિડીથી આગળના DAP પર એક-વખતના વિશેષ પેકેજને 01.04.2024 થી 31.12.2024 સુધીમાં રૂ. 2,625 કરોડની અંદાજિત નાણાકીય અસર સાથે રૂ. 3,500 પ્રતિ MTની મંજૂરી આપી હતી. કેબિનેટે આજે (1.1.2025) મળેલી તેની બેઠકમાં DAP પરના વિશેષ પેકેજને અંદાજે 3850 કરોડ રૂપિયા સુધી લંબાવવાની મંજૂરી આપી છે. આ સાથે ખેડૂતોને પોષણક્ષમ ભાવે ડીએપીની ઉપલબ્ધતા સુનિશ્ચિત કરવા એપ્રિલ 2024 થી DAP માટે મંજૂર થયેલ વિશેષ પેકેજની કુલ રકમ રૂ. 6,475 કરોડથી વધુ થશે.

પ્રધાનમંત્રી શ્રી નરેન્દ્ર મોદીની અધ્યક્ષતામાં કેન્દ્રીય મંત્રીમંડળે આજે પ્રધાનમંત્રી ફસલ વીમા યોજના અને પુનઃરચિત હવામાન આધારિત પાક વીમા યોજનાને 2025-26 સુધી ચાલુ રાખવાની મંજૂરી આપી છે. એ માટે 2021-22 થી 2025-2026 સુધી રૂ. 69,515.71 કરોડરૂપિયાનો કુલ ખર્ચ નક્કી કરવામાં આવ્યો છે. આ નિર્ણયથી 2025-26 સુધીમાં સમગ્ર દેશમાં ખેડૂતો માટે અનિવાર્ય કુદરતી આફતોમાંથી પાકના જોખમને આવરી લેવામાં મદદ મળશે.

Cabinet approves Rithala-Kundli corridor of Delhi Metro Phase-IV project

The Union Cabinet, chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, approved the Rithala - Narela -Nathupur (Kundli) corridor of Delhi Metro's Phase - IV project consisting of 26.463 kms which will further enhance connectivity between the national capital and neighbouring Haryana. The corridor is scheduled to be completed in 4 years from the date of its sanction.

પ્રધાનમંત્રી શ્રી નરેન્દ્ર મોદીની અધ્યક્ષતામાં કેબિનેટ કમિટી ઓન ઈકોનોમિક અફેર્સ (CCEA)એ ફૂડ કોર્પોરેશન ઓફ ઈન્ડિયા (FCI)માં નાણાકીય વર્ષ 2024-25માં કાર્યકારી મૂડી માટે રૂ. 10,700 કરોડની ઈક્વિટીને મંજૂરી આપી છે. આ નિર્ણયનો ઉદ્દેશ્ય કૃષિ ક્ષેત્રને પ્રોત્સાહન આપવા અને દેશભરમાં ખેડૂતોનું કલ્યાણ સુનિશ્ચિત કરવાનો છે. આ વ્યૂહાત્મક પગલું ખેડૂતોને ટેકો આપવા અને ભારતના કૃષિ અર્થતંત્રને મજબૂત કરવા સરકારની અડગ પ્રતિબદ્ધતા દર્શાવે છે.

કેબિનેટે તેજસ્વી વિદ્યાર્થીઓને નાણાકીય સહાય પૂરી પાડવા માટે PM-વિદ્યાલક્ષ્મી યોજનાને મંજૂરી આપી જેથી નાણાકીય અવરોધો ભારતના કોઈપણ યુવાનોને ગુણવત્તાયુક્ત ઉચ્ચ શિક્ષણ મેળવવાથી રોકે નહીં

પ્રધાનમંત્રી શ્રી નરેન્દ્ર મોદીની અધ્યક્ષતામાં મંત્રીમંડળે પ્રધાનમંત્રી વિદ્યાલક્ષ્મીને કેન્દ્રીય ક્ષેત્રની નવી યોજના મંજૂર કરી દીધી છે, જે પ્રતિભાશાળી વિદ્યાર્થીઓને નાણાકીય સહાયતા પ્રદાન કરવા ઇચ્છે છે, જેથી નાણાકીય તંગી કોઈને પણ ઉચ્ચ અભ્યાસ કરતાં અટકાવી ન શકે. પ્રધાનમંત્રી વિદ્યાલક્ષ્મી રાષ્ટ્રીય શિક્ષણ નીતિ, 2020માંથી બહાર આવેલી અન્ય મહત્ત્વપૂર્ણ પહેલ છે, જેમાં એવી ભલામણ કરવામાં આવી હતી કે, સરકારી અને ખાનગી એમ બંને પ્રકારનાં એચઇઆઇમાં વિવિધ પગલાં મારફતે પ્રતિભાશાળી વિદ્યાર્થીઓને નાણાકીય સહાય ઉપલબ્ધ કરાવવી જોઈએ. પીએમ વિદ્યાલક્ષ્મી યોજના હેઠળ, કોઈપણ વિદ્યાર્થી કે જે ગુણવત્તાયુક્ત ઉચ્ચ શિક્ષણ સંસ્થા (ક્યુએચઈઆઈ) માં પ્રવેશ મેળવે છે, તે ટ્યુશન ફી અને અભ્યાસક્રમને લગતા અન્ય ખર્ચની સંપૂર્ણ રકમને આવરી લેવા માટે બેંકો અને નાણાકીય સંસ્થાઓ પાસેથી કોલેટરલ ફ્રી, ગેરેન્ટર ફ્રી લોન મેળવવા માટે પાત્ર બનશે.આ યોજનાનું સંચાલન સરળ, પારદર્શક અને વિદ્યાર્થીઓને અનુકૂળ સિસ્ટમ મારફતે કરવામાં આવશે, જે આંતર-કાર્યક્ષમ અને સંપૂર્ણપણે ડિજિટલ હશે.
