PM Modi addressed public rallies in Madhubani, Madhepura and Katihar in Bihar. 

PM showed his concern about the condition of women in the state and said that a group of women have sent him a memorandum with a complaint that the state government is not listening to them. It is really sad and shows the failure of the previous governments said the PM.

PM Modi appreciated the participation of women in this election and highlighted that the number of women joining rallies is higher than Lok Sabha elections. The direction of wind is clear what people of Bihar want added the PM.

PM highlighted in his address that it will take the efforts of 2 engines of centre and NDA Govt in state to remove Bihar from the problems it is facing.

PM Modi explained that Bihar stands for -Brilliant, Innovative, Hardworking, Action oriented, Resourceful; this is the strength of Bihar. I dream of taking Bihar to new heights with the mantra of development said the PM.

PM attacked the ‘Mahaswarthbandhan’ saying that they are making a mockery of democracy by indulging into dirty tricks of Jantar-Mantarand asked people to decide if they want ‘Jantar-Mantar’ or development. PM Modi said that earlier it was only Jungleraaj in Bihar but now it has a twin brother ‘Jantar-Mantar’. PM urged the people not to give way to these twins to ruin the future of Bihar.

PM Modi emphasized on the immense potential of tourism sector in Bihar that can give opportunities to poor people.

At Madhepura, PM Modi shared NDA’s vision and said, “We want to follow our mantra to provide- Padai, Kamai and Dawai to the people of Bihar”. Bihar’s youth must get job opportunities in Bihar, we must put an end to the exodus of youth from Bihar added PM Modi.

PM said, “I have decided that we will provide electricity to 4000 villages in Bihar”. Electricity is crucial to development as there can be no industry without electricity explained PM Modi.

PM urged to the people, "Vote for development in Bihar…Vote to change the future of Bihar".

In Katihar, PM Modi said that women are most unsafe and agitated by Jungleraaj in Bihar and this anger will not give way to Jungleraaj anymore.

Discouraging the caste politics PM Modi urged people to decide if Hindus and Muslims want to fight each other or want to fight together against poverty. We must fight together again poverty; only then we will be able to eradicate poverty added the PM.

PM Modi also emphasized that NDA Govt. has been working for poor constantly. We are initiating various development schemes and packages for upliftment of the poor said the PM.
