PM Modi drew an analogy with recharging mobile phones to illustrate the need to care for one's physical health while responding to their queries. The Prime Minister stressed balancing exam preparations and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. He advocated for a balanced lifestyle, cautioning against excess in any aspect. "A healthy body is critical for a healthy mind," he underlined.
PM Modi highlighted the significance of establishing routines, such as spending time in sunlight and ensuring regular and sufficient sleep. He expressed concern about modern habits like excessive screen time encroaching upon the essential sleep required for overall well-being. Sharing a personal insight, the Prime Minister revealed that he falls into a deep sleep within 30 seconds of going to bed, emphasising the importance of quality sleep.
While discussing nutrition, PM Modi emphasised the need for a balanced diet and underscored the importance of regular exercise and physical activities for overall fitness. He encouraged students to adopt a holistic approach to their well-being, emphasising that maintaining equilibrium between studies and a healthy lifestyle is achievable and crucial for success.

First such instance that a Prime Minister will attend such a programme at the Headquarters of the Catholic Church in India

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will attend the Christmas Celebrations hosted by the Catholic Bishops' Conference of India (CBCI) at the CBCI Centre premises, New Delhi at 6:30 PM on 23rd December.

Prime Minister will interact with key leaders from the Christian community, including Cardinals, Bishops and prominent lay leaders of the Church.

This is the first time a Prime Minister will attend such a programme at the Headquarters of the Catholic Church in India.

Catholic Bishops' Conference of India (CBCI) was established in 1944 and is the body which works closest with all the Catholics across India.
