Prime Minister expresses gratitude to each and every person who has shared their wishes on his birthday

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has expressed his gratitude to the President and Vice President for birthday wishes.

In a reply to President, the Prime Minister said;

“माननीय @rashtrapatibhvn जी, आपकी शुभकामनाओं के लिए हृदय से बहुत-बहुत आभार! आपका प्रेरक मार्गदर्शन आत्मनिर्भर और विकसित भारत के संकल्प को साकार करने में बहुत उत्साहित करने वाला है। देश और देशवासियों के प्रति हम अपने दायित्व को पूरा करने में कोई कोर-कसर नहीं छोड़ेंगे।”

In a reply to Vice President, the Prime Minister said;

“I am grateful for your wishes, VP Jagdeep Dhankhar Ji. I also cherish your guidance and insights on various issues.”

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi also thanked to each and every person who has shared their wishes on his birthday. Shri Modi said that I thank each and every person who has conveyed birthday greetings to me. This affection gives me immense strength to keep working harder for the people.

The Prime Minister said in X post;

“Humbled and honoured to receive so much warmth from people.

I thank each and every person who has conveyed birthday greetings to me. This affection gives me immense strength to keep working harder for the people.

This is also the time our third term completes 100 days. I am glad that the last 100 days have been marked by a series of pro-people and development oriented decisions, which will add strength in our pursuit of building a Viksit Bharat.

Several people have taken part in social service efforts today. I salute their spirit and convey my appreciation for these efforts.”

PM Modi visits the Indian Arrival Monument

Prime Minister visited the Indian Arrival monument at Monument Gardens in Georgetown today. He was accompanied by PM of Guyana Brig (Retd) Mark Phillips. An ensemble of Tassa Drums welcomed Prime Minister as he paid floral tribute at the Arrival Monument. Paying homage at the monument, Prime Minister recalled the struggle and sacrifices of Indian diaspora and their pivotal contribution to preserving and promoting Indian culture and tradition in Guyana. He planted a Bel Patra sapling at the monument.

The monument is a replica of the first ship which arrived in Guyana in 1838 bringing indentured migrants from India. It was gifted by India to the people of Guyana in 1991.
