PM Modi was conferred Guyana's highest national award, The Order of Excellence, by President Dr. Mohamed Irfaan Ali for his visionary leadership and efforts to strengthen India-Guyana ties. The PM dedicated the honor to the people of India and the deep historical bond between the nations.
