চন্ডীগড়ের প্রশাসক শ্রী বনওয়াড়ি লাল পুরোহিতজী, কেন্দ্রীয় মন্ত্রিসভায় আমার সহকর্মীবৃন্দ, শ্রী ভূপেন্দ্র যাদবজী এবং শ্রী রামেশ্বর তেলিজী ও সব রাজ্যের শ্রম মন্ত্রী, শ্রম সচিব, অন্যান্য বিশিষ্ট ব্যক্তি, ভদ্রমহোদয় ও ভদ্রমহোদয়াগণ! প্রথমেই আমি ভগবান তিরুপতি বালাজীর চরণে নত মস্তকে প্রণাম জানাই। যে পবিত্র স্থানে আজ আপনারা উপস্থিত আছেন, সেটি ভারতের শ্রম ও সম্ভাবনার এক অনন্য নিদর্শন প্রত্যক্ষ করেছে। আমি নিশ্চিত যে, এই সম্মেলন থেকে দেশের শ্রম বিভাগকে মজবুত করার যে পন্থা-পদ্ধতি উঠে আসবে, সেগুলি সমগ্র ব্যবস্থাকে মজবুত করবে। আমি আপনাদের সকলকে, বিশেষ করে শ্রম মন্ত্রককে এই অনুষ্ঠান আয়োজনের জন্য অভিনন্দন জানাই।

প্রধানমন্ত্রী শ্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদী আজ ভিডিও কনফারেন্সের মাধ্যমে সব রাজ্য ও কেন্দ্রশাসিত অঞ্চলের শ্রম মন্ত্রীদের জাতীয় সম্মেলনে ভাষণ দেন। কেন্দ্রীয় মন্ত্রী শ্রী ভূপেন্দ্র যাদব এবং শ্রী রামেশ্বর তেলি ও বিভিন্ন রাজ্যের শ্রম মন্ত্রীরা অনুষ্ঠানে উপস্থিত ছিলেন।

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will participate in the ‘Udyami Bharat’ programme at Vigyan Bhawan in New Delhi on 30th June, 2022 at around 10:30 AM. During the event, Prime Minister will launch the ‘Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance’ (RAMP) scheme, ‘Capacity Building of First-Time MSME Exporters’ (CBFTE) scheme and new features of the ‘Prime Minister’s Employment Generation Programme’ (PMEGP). Prime Minister will also digitally transfer assistance to beneficiaries of PMEGP for 2022-23; announce results of MSME Idea Hackathon, 2022; distribute National MSME Awards, 2022; and issue Digital Equity Certificates to 75 MSMEs in the Self Reliant India (SRI) Fund.Focus of Budget is on providing basic necessities to poor, middle class, youth: PM Modi

Addressing the gathering virtually, PM Modi said, “There is a possibility of a new world order post-COVID pandemic. Today, the world's perspective of looking at India has changed a lot.
