হরিয়ানার বল্লভগড়ে একটি জনসভায় ভাষণে প্রধানমন্ত্রী মোদী বলেন যে, জম্মু ও কাশ্মীরকে বিচ্ছিন্নতা ও সহিংসতা থেকে বের করে সম্প্রীতি এবং ক্ষমতায়নের দিকে নিয়ে যাওয়া হরিয়ানা ও গোটা দেশের চেতনা ছিল। প্রধানমন্ত্রী মোদী আজ বিকাশ ও বিশ্বাসের পথে যাত্রা শুরু করেছে জম্মু, কাশ্মীর ও লাদাখ।
