জনতাৰ অংশগ্ৰহণে সদায়েই সহায় কৰে। যদিহে জনতাৰ সৈতে চৰকাৰী কাম-কাজ কৰিব পাৰে তথা তেওঁলোকক উন্নয়নমুলক ব্যৱস্থাৰ সৈতে জড়িত কৰিব পাৰে, তেনেহ’লে ইয়াৰ ফলাফল স্বাভাৱিকতে পৰিৱৰ্তনশীল হ’ব।
পিছপৰা জিলাসমূহৰ উন্নয়নৰ প্ৰয়োজনীয় ক্ষেত্ৰসমূহ চিনাক্ত কৰি সেই অনুসৰি ইয়াৰ ভুল-ত্ৰুটিসমূহ মোকাবিলা কৰিব লাগিব।
এবাৰ আমি জিলাসমূহৰ এটি দিশ পৰিৱৰ্তন কৰাৰ সিদ্ধান্ত ল’লে, আমি অন্যান্য ত্ৰুটিসমূহৰ বিপৰীতে কাম কৰাৰ বাবে গতি পাম।
