Narendra Modi to attend all-religion prayer meeting at Porbandar on Oct 2

Gandhinagar, Saturday: Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi will attend the all-religion prayer meeting on Gandhi Jayanti and pay his respect to mark 143rd birthday of the Father of the Nation at Kirti Mandir in Porbandar.

The Chief Minister will dedicate on the occasion the Gandhi Smriti Bhawan, newly built by the State Youth Services and Cultural Affairs Department on 10,000 sq. m. area, and also the District Seva Sadan on 6,280 sq. m. built at a cost of Rs. 12-crore at the Mahatma Gandhi’s birthplace.

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has condoled the loss of lives due to stampede at New Delhi Railway Station. Shri Modi also wished a speedy recovery for the injured.

In a X post, the Prime Minister said;

“Distressed by the stampede at New Delhi Railway Station. My thoughts are with all those who have lost their loved ones. I pray that the injured have a speedy recovery. The authorities are assisting all those who have been affected by this stampede.”
