A young student from Arunachal Pradesh asked PM Modi about importance of the fundamental rights and duties during Pariksha Pe Charcha.

Responding to the question, PM Modi explained rights and duties of a citizen in simplest terms. “There’s a direct connection between our rights and duties. Our rights are directly dependent on the duties performed by others. If a teacher performs his duty in the right way, the students’ right to learn is secured,” PM Modi said.

The PM acknowledged the fact that Arunachal Pradesh was a state in India where people greeted each other with ‘Jai Hind’ whenever they met. He also urged people to visit and experience the Northeast during vacations.
