Chief Minister dedicates Seven Development Projects at Himatnagar

Chief Minister Shri Narendrabhai Modi dedicated an In-door stadium at Himatnagar today; it is having swimming-pool, running-track, foot-ball-ground and other sports facilities. He also dedicated Chandrani Sub-Station, which has been erected at the project cost of Rs. 451 Lakhs. As many as 28 villages got the direct benefit of the sub-station. A sum of Rs. 401 lakhs would be spent for Munpur Sub-Station, covering 23 villages.

Himatnagar Jan-Seva-Kendra was also inaugurated- Rs 34.28 Lakhs are spent for that-, Government boy’s hostels and Government Girl’s Hostel buildings were also dedicated today, at the project cost of Rs.120.92 Lakhs and Rs.108.58 Lakhs.

Chief Minister unveiled the plaque to mark inauguration of the over-bridge on Himatnagar-Idar Highway, which has been constructed at cost of Rs.636.98 Lakhs. Chief Minister had released ‘Elementary English Grammar for Primary Learner’s book’, which is prepared by district administration.

Terming the terrorist attack in New Orleans as cowardly, the Prime Minister today strongly condemned it.

In a post on X, he said:

“We strongly condemn the cowardly terrorist attack in New Orleans. Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims and their families. May they find strength and solace as they heal from this tragedy.”
